Why had the illegal immigrants who were working in the security industry been able to get National Insurance numbers? Because this Labour government have no control over these matters. Things have become so bad that I even found myself agreeing with Keith Vaz on Channel 4 News about this matter.
The department responsible is of course Peter Hain's Department of Work and Pensions. Is he now in the top 5 incompetent Labour ministers?
