Listening to the guy - don't remember the name - on the today programme yesterday, he was making the point that the quality of the food is not so different, but for the various reasons set out in your link, the patients didn't get to eat it. I see it as more a nursing problem than a nutritional one.
Which was highlighted in a report last week.
