Consensus

I have blogged before about Gordon Brown's habit of calling on Conservative politicians to agree with him and the consensus. I note that he has done it again, the BBC report that he has said:

"I would still appeal to them and to other parties to join the consensus that we need to take action, to be prepared,"

I think Gordon Brown thinks that consensus is whatever he thinks is right.
