The 08:10 interview was with Edward Stourton, the least pro New Labour of the programme's interviewers, and Jack Straw was at least challenged. It was Jack Straw's performance that caught my attention however. I know he is a qualified barrister and so used to supporting any brief that he is paid to advocate, but does he really expect us to believe his claims?
