Where's Gordon?

Gordon Brown missed the public signing of the EU Treaty in Lisbon and had to sign it separately. Now I learn that he will return too late from his trip to Asia to vote in the first amendments to be discussed as the debate on the Treaty starts today. This is the man who "wrote" a book entitled "Courage", isn't it?
