Now Delhi, again

I see that the unsurprising news has broken that a Muslim "militant group" has claimed responsibility for the deaths of 20 and injuries to many more as a result of five bombs being set off in Delhi, four more bombs did not explode. Is the word scum strong enough? I think not...
