The country is going to the dogs, whilst the Conservatives own the dogs

A most contrived title to report that according to the BBC:

"Bob Spink has won the Westminster dog of the year contest with his two greyhounds, Fozzy Bear and Jessie.

Mr Spink, who defected to UKIP from the Conservatives earlier this year, beat off competition from 11 other entries

Roger Gale and Andrew Rosindell, both Conservatives, filled the runner-up spots."

Why all Conservatives or ex-Conservatives? Don't Labour and LibDem MPs like dogs?

What is interesting is that I read and then re-read this article to see where the anti-Conservative BBC bias was... and I couldn't find any; which is not to say that it isn't there!
