Remember this promise, Gordon?

Back in March I blogged thus:
"The Sun are reporting that "GORDON Brown today gives Britain his personal guarantee he will save the nation from financial meltdown....“My guarantee to the British people is that we will hold on to stability in these latest tough times.""

Is this a wind-up? Has Gordon Brown really guaranteed to save the nation from financial meltdown? "
Should David Cameron remind Gordon Brown of this stupid promise at the earliest possible opportunity. Maybe Jeremy Paxman could question Gordon Brown about this example of his economic idiocy during his next interview.... Sorry I have just been reminded that Gordon Brown doesn't do confrontational interviews, he prefers the GMTV sofa approach.

  1. Brown clearly cannot possibly do it alone. He needs Dave the Builder and his people to "fix it".
