Yes but parsnips are distracting, being so delicious. Now I spend a lot of time in France, where parsnips are not on sale. It's ghastly. Once I get my vegetable garden under way (soon), one of the first crops going in will be .... parsnips. I will be so distracted, I won't think to post silly comments on blogs any more.
