Labour cuts

For years Gordon Brown and his team of supporters at the BBC attacked the Conservative party claiming that they would cut this, that or the other service. It was all rubbish but the BBC eagerly pushed the "Tory cuts narrative". Now the BBC have no choice to reporrt that
"Alistair Darling is set to announce £15bn of Whitehall spending cuts over the next few years in his Budget."
However these won't be nasty "Tory Cuts" but easy Labour ones; the BBC are even pushing the line that they can be "paid for in efficiency savings." and that
"Gordon Brown insisted the recession was an "enormous opportunity" for the UK."

The truth is Gordon Brown has lead the UK into economic meltdown and the levels of public borrowing, £100bn, £150bn, or more are unsustainable; the UK is not just heading for "the worst recession since 1945", it is heading for bankruptcy. We have been prepared for this by talk that going to the IMF and begging for money now carries no stigma and is like a visit to a spa. We are being spun a line by our Labour "masters" and it is as usual a lie, built on an untruth, constructed on incompetence.
