Labour's endless war on the prudent middle-class

I read in The Telegraph that:
"The cost of care home places for elderly middle class people could be clawed back from the estates they leave to their children after they die, under plans being drawn up by ministers.... Poorer pensioners' care is entirely funded by the state, but those who have built up assets and savings over their lives are effectively forced into the complex, and bureaucratic and costly system of funding residential care. "

Yes those delightful Labour class warriors still believe that those who have saved and financially secured their own future rather than rely on the State like good little Labour voters, should be penalised.
