I am not a sheep, I have my own mind
I have had enough of being told what and how to think
Whilst we are still allowed the remnants of free speech,
I will speak out.
I also reserve the right to discuss less controversial matters should I feel the urge.

The BBC "reporting" the news fairly
BBC Radio 4 news at 07:30 leads with the latest Daily Telegraph expenses claims. Four MPs are mentioned: Conservatives Bill Wiggin and Sir Peter Viggers have their claims dealt with in detail whilst the claims of James Purnell and Geoff Hoon are mentioned purely by the statement that they have both disputed the accusations. The BBC might claim that the two Labour Ministers' claims are old news and so the denials are the news element, whereas the claims about the two Conservatives are new news. If we accept that then why was there no mention of the claims surrounding Ruth Kelly?
