A difference in emphasis on the BBC (part 2)

Last week the BBC reported very quietly on their science and technology pages that
"For the last 11 years we have not observed any increase in global temperatures.

And our climate models did not forecast it, even though man-made carbon dioxide, the gas thought to be responsible for warming our planet, has continued to rise."
This news that negates much of the Global Warming hysteria of the past 10 years was not deemed worthy of being headline news.

Today the BBC see fit to report as headline news on the Today programme and linked from the front page of their news website that:
"The Arctic Ocean could be largely ice-free and open to shipping during the summer in as little as ten years' time, a top polar specialist has said."



It's all in the emphasis...
