The sixty-sixth weekly "No shit, Sherlock" award

After a break for Christmas and the New Year the "No shit, Sherlock" award returns and it's a classic. This week's award goes to the BBC for reporting that:

"computer software faults may have caused the 1994 Chinook helicopter crash on the Mull of Kintyre"

I read this in 'Computing' and 'Private Eye' in the late 1990's and since.
