Will full body scanners be enough?

Gordon Brown and other behind the times politicians are calling for full body scanners but how will they deal with this sort of bomber?
"Suicide bomber Abdullah Hassan Tali al-Asiri had set out to kill Prince Mohammed Bin Nayef of Saudi Arabia. His plan was deviously clever, to say the least.

First he informed the prince that he had turned his back on terrorism, and proceeded to set up a meeting with Prince Nayef, who just happens to be the head of the security service in Saudi Arabia.

After clearing the security checks and getting into Nayef’s office, Al-Asiri pulled the old switcheroo, and detonated explosives he had smuggled in…hidden inside his butt.

Needless to say Al-Asiri was blown to bits, however, Prince Nayef was lucky enough to escape with only minor injuries. Experts believe that Nayef was only slightly injured because Al-Asiri’s body absorbed most of the explosion."
Proper passenger profiling and the full searching of those identified as potential threats may be the only solution if flying is to be considered safe in the future.
