Gordon Brown's priorities - no peerage for army chief Sir Richard Dannatt but one for prize incompetent and general disgrace John Prescott

Apparently Gordon Brown has blocked a peerage for army chief Sir Richard Dannatt, because he has dared to tell the truth about Gordon Brown's (lack of) funding for the armed forces and of course because he has come out as a Conservative supporter. Meanwhile it seems likely that he will ennoble John Prescott, one of the stupidest and nastiest men it has been my misfortune to ever have to listen to.
