The eight most terrifying words in the English language

Michael Simkins in The Telegraph thinks that the eight most terrifying words in the English language are 'Would you like to see our holiday video?'. I disagree, I would say that 'Gordon Brown has been re-elected as Prime Minister' would be considerably more terrifying. 'Ed Balls is here for your dinner party' frankly terrifying and 'You can only watch the BBC from now' a cause for absolute panic.

Have you any better suggestions for the eight most terrifying words in the English language?

  1. How about 'Alistair Campbell to be the next Doctor Who'?

  2. That would be scary but I see Peter Mandelson and Al Campbell as Dr Who villains. Mandelson has something of Davros about him and Campbell a Cyberman.
