Just tax the rich

Greg Philo in The Guardian's Comment is Free ha the distinctly flaky idea that: 'A one-off tax of the rich has strong public support and would solve the UK's economic crisis at a stroke'. Do read the whole piece and marvel at the certitude that tax, tax, tax is always the answer. After all the rich can afford it and won't disappear elsewhere will they?
