Just tell the truth
It looks like the majority of the US media is just as biased towards the left as the BBC in the UK. A 'narrative' is created and followed come what may... Actually watching the video it strikes me that the BBC is relatively restrained when compared with the US.
The U.S. blog 'Newsbusters' is in the Top 10 most-read conservative American blogs, which shows there's a lot of people there who are very concerned about media bias. Reading that blog shows daily reporting across the main U.S. networks that rivals and, yes, surpasses the BBC - which is quite an achievement!
Oddly, I'd say the BBC's American wing - from Frei and Kay through to the online team - is among the worst parts of the BBC when it comes to bias.
Another point in favour of your point is that the U.S. liberal media created the JournOList - a secret e-mail list of over 400 people from across the media (and academia), who agreed attacks on Sarah Palin and orchestrated defences of Obama - until they got busted. That's quite a thing when you think about it. There were two of them at the 'Guardian', confirmed. Were there any at the BBC? I believe there's enough evidence to suggest that there was at least one in their old online team.
Sorry Not a Sheep, that's more like a post than a comment!!
I think you could be right.
