Some will leave soon fearing what is coming, many will stay and hope matters do not deteriorate as feared, even more will stay until it is too late - Which camp do you fall into? Which camp do I fall into?

The New York Times reports the words of Frits Bolkestein, the former leader of the Liberal Party in the Netherlands, a party which now heads the Dutch government; he advised thus:
