Further to this complaint I have received a response and it's an entirely predictable one
I have replied:

Thank you for your e-mail. It is not possible to record every incident
in each report, but we do aim to provide context. In this case, the
report was about air strikes and rocket fire and that is the context we
have included.

I have replied:
'Why did you choose to report only about air strikes and rocket fire? This is an asymmetric conflict in which the Palestinian terrorist groups use people as weapons. Does your reporting decision mean that the BBC will not refer to such attacks by Palestinian terrorists until Israelis start carrying attacks as well? Do you really not see the problem with that choice of yours?We will see but somehow I doubt the BBC really understand my point or how supporters of Israel's right to exist feel about the BBC's incessant anti-Israel coverage.
