Doctor Who series preview spot

In the preview that I posted earlier this week I have just spotted something rather odd and maybe significant... Pause the video at 37 seconds in and the Tardis inside shown is the 10th Doctor's not the 11th!

Am I right? If so, what does this mean?

    I noticed it straight away. Also, if you look even closer someone appears to be regenerating there...
