The one hundred and twenty seventh weekly "No shit, Sherlock" award

This week's award is presented to various US military and intelligence services for the production of "Matrix of Threat Indicators for Enemy Combatants" which lists the intelligence services of Pakistan, Iran, and Yemen as "associated forces" known to support al Qaeda and allied movements, including the Taliban.
