Should I be looking at one of Miley Cyrus's nipples?

I know that Miley Cyrus Tweeted this picture and so it is OK to be 'out there' but should I really be looking at her right nipple? Will the left one get upset? Will Mrs NotaSheep?

Following from my Rosie Huntington-Whiteley experience, will traffic to my site increase due to the presence of Miley Cyrus's nipple?
