One difference between Israel and the palestinian Authority

In Israel Muslims can own land, vote, be elected to the Knesset (Parliament), become judges; in short have the same rights as Jews. In the Palestinian Authority administered 'West Bank' this is not the case for Jews: currently at least 16 Palestinians are in PA prisons for selling property to Jews. I am informed that nine of these Palestinians face the death penalty.

It is illegal in the Palestinian Authority territory to sell land to Jews. Where is the international outrage? Where is the cry of 'apartheid'? Where is the BBC documentary team? Why is it only Israel that is censured, when the Palestinians often are more discriminatory and certainly more filled with hate?
