David Cameron says he is prepared to consider a referendum on the UK's relationship with the EU, but only when the time is right.

Apparently David Cameron says he is prepared to consider a referendum on the UK's relationship with the EU, but only when the time is right.

I predict it will be decided that the time will never be right for a referendum because it might be 'lost' for the EU. Also please note that Cameron has only said that he is prepared to consider a referendum, here's how that will go: "I have decided that the time is right to consider a referendum... I've considered the possibility and we're not having one.

David 'cast iron guarantee' Cameron cannot be trusted on this matter.
