Interesting, very interesting. It could be that David Cameron has managed to change the 2015 general election landscape. If Labour don't promise a similar in/out referendum then why would any non-Europhile vote Labour? Likewise why vote Lib Dem?
However the above presumes that people trust David 'cast iron guarantee' Cameron, this is not necessarily the case.

And when we have negotiated that new settlement, we will give the British people a referendum with a very simple in or out choice to stay in the EU on these new terms; or come out altogether. It will be an in-out referendum.'What happens if Britain is unable to negotiate a new settlement? Do we get a referendum if the status quo does not change? Somehow I think the answer will be NO. The reason, the British electorate would vote to leave the EU in a referendum and that is why we will never be given the opportunity to so vote.
