I also reserve the right to discuss less controversial matters should I feel the urge.

The Middle East has a gay mayor
Can you guess which country he's mayor in? Iran? No he'd risk being hung for homosexuality there. Saudi Arabia? Don't be daft.
It's Israel of course, the only Middle East state where homosexuals aren't discriminated against or risk death.
