A question for Ed Miliband, one that the pro Labour BBC won't ask

Mr Miliband if the deed of variation applied to your father's will wasn't used to (legally) avoid tax, what was the reason?

  1. Avoiding tax is a responsibility, tax avoidance is encouraged by the government. Anybody who has an ISA is avoiding tax, pension pots were once tax efficient until the evil bastard Brown changed that. Yes, we all know the difference between avoidance and evasion, one is a duty to ones' self and the other is a crime. Looking at the press and BBC coverage one wonders what voters think they know.
