Why agreements with the EU are worthless

From Guido Fawkes this morning:
'Conservative Party manifesto, May 2015:
"We took Britain out of Eurozone bailouts, including for Greece – the first ever return of powers from Brussels."
July 2015:
"Britain will be liable for close to £1 billion of emergency loans to Greece after Jean-Claude Juncker tore up a "black and white" deal to protect UK taxpayers from Eurozone bailouts."
This is why whatever renegotiation David Cameron says he's achieved will make no difference to Eurosceptics, they know that post a vote to stay in, the EU will do what they like and David Cameron will meekly acquiesce.
