This BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-38486584 once again reinforces my point about the way that the BBC's attitude towards entities varies.
Ceuta and Melissa are described as Spain's North African enclaves, not as relics of colonialism or some other derogatory way that Gibraltar is described.
It's also noticeable that the barrier between Ceuta and Africa is described as a fence when it seems to be as much of a wall as that which exists to protect Israel from invasion or infiltration by Palestinians. The institutionally anti Israel regularly decries the existence of one but not the other.
