News that the BBC chose to omit from their report

This BBC report into the recent Willesden shooting omits one piece of relevant information that this Evening Standard report does include:

'A woman, described as wearing a hijab, was carried out of the house and given first aid before being taken to hospital, where she remains under police guard in a serious but stable condition.'
Now why would the BBC choose to omit that piece of information about the woman?
