Barbuda's PM blames climate change for hurricane damage per BBC News - Sheer incompetent reporting from the massively over-funded BBC

This BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/world-41998542/barbuda-s-pm-blames-climate-change-for-hurricane-damage runs thus:

'Barbuda's PM blames climate change for hurricane damage

The Prime Minister of Anguila and Barbuda blames climate change for causing the hurricane which devastated Barbuda in November this year. Gaston Browne has called on polluting countries to help with the costs of reconstruction. 15 Nov 2017 From the section Latin America & Caribbean'

Anguila and Barbuda? I think not, Antigua and Barbuda is a two island nation, Anguilla is a separate British Overseas Territory.

Do the BBC know or care about facts?
