Fears grow across the Atlantic over Brexit fallout per BBC News who leave the clue as to motivation a little too high in the report

This BBC anti Brexit report purports to show the results of a report by the American Rand Corporation that is very negative on Brexit. The trouble is that the BBC left this line a little too high in their report:

'In Europe it has advised the UK government on policy issues such as mental health, as well as the European Parliament and the European Commission.'

I think that I'll take their report's conclusions with a large pinch of salt.
