Can the BBC be prosecuted for antisemitism?

In amongst this BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-45409151 is this nugget:

'The UK is a member country of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) and has adopted its definition of anti-Semitism on a national level.'

If this is the case then could the BBC be prosecuted for antisemitism as they seem to fall foul of at least one of the IHRA definition's eleven "contemporary examples of antisemitism".

Number eight looks like a slam-dunk to me:

'Applying double standards by requiring of it (Israel) a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.'

The BBC's biased coverage of Israel is clear and obvious and I would say holds Israel to a higher standard than any other country.
