Opinion Polls

I note that the BBC are still not reporting on Political opinion polls, they did for that brief period when Gordon Brown appeared to be doing well but stopped soon afterwards. Two polls in today's papers:
YouGov report: CON 43(-2) LAB 27(nc) LD 18 (+1)
BPIX report: CON 45 (nc) LAB 23(-3) LD 17 (nc)

So that seems to confirm the Conservatives in the low to mid 40s, Labour in the mid 20s and the Lib Dems in the high teens. The next polls will have been compiled since the expenses storm broke and I will be interesting as I do not see how Labour's support can drop any further, the low 20s being bedrock support for that party. Maybe "too embarrassed" to say "I would vote Labour" has now replaced the "shy Conservatives" of the early to mid 1990s.
