Do as we say, not as we do

The often wonderful Trixie has some videos of our betters enjoying a cigarette in a bar, but that's OK because it's a bar in the Houses of Parliament and smoking is allowed there as the buildings were exempted from the ban on smoking in public places. Don't you just love the smell of hypocrisy?
