NASA : Arctic Ice Free And Manhattan Underwater – In less than a day...

'NASA's top climate expert, James Hansen, predicted that by 2018 the Arctic would be ice-free, and Lower Manhattan would be underwater. Democrats call him a "climate prophet."'

Will anyone hold James Hansen to account for those comments? Of course not, the religion of climate change requires unthinking belief and the likes of the BBC would rather push the agreed narrative than look at the evidence.

The female NHS nurse I asked for came with stubble per The Times

'A woman who requested a female NHS nurse to perform her cervical smear test was "embarrassed and distressed" after a person with stubble and a deep voice summoned her for the intimate procedure.

When the patient pointed out the mistake, the nurse replied: "My gender is not male. I'm a transsexual."

This weekend, the woman, who decided not to go ahead with the examination, said it was "weird where somebody says to you: 'My gender is not male' and you think: 'Well, what does that even mean? You are clearly a man.' "

The nurse "had an obviously male appearance . . . close-cropped hair, a male facial appearance and voice, large number of tattoos and facial stubble", she said.'

Is the BBC biased?: Paddy O'Connell mounts his high horse and promptly falls off

This pieceifhttp://isthebbcbiased.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/paddy-oconnell-mounts-his-high-horse.html from the ever wonderful isthebbcbiased.blogspot.co.uk is a must read for anyone who believes that the BBC is committed to accuracy.

I'd raise a complaint with the BBC but there's really no point as they'd brush it off. And as for an apology on the same programme next week, good luck for anything more than a begrudging aside.

Iran cities hit by anti-government protests per BBC News

The BBC are distressed to report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-42512946 that there are protests against the Israel hating government of Iran. This is good news for believers in democracy but not for the institutionally anti Israel BBC.

'There is also anger at Iran's interventions abroad. In Mashhad, some chanted "not Gaza, not Lebanon, my life for Iran", a reference to what protesters say is the administration's focus on foreign rather than domestic issues.'

Would foreign issues be code for sponsoring Islamic terrorism?

UK stock markets close at a record high

Anyone who relied solely on the BBC for their economic news and analysis might be excused feeling a little confused by today's news about the UK stockmarkets:

'UK stock markets climbed to new highs on the final day of trading for 2017.

Both the FTSE 100 index of leading blue chip companies and the FTSE 250 reached new records at the close of trading.

US stock markets have also hit new peaks over the year, helped by Donald Trump's sweeping tax reforms.

Stephen Eckett, author of the annual Harriman Stock Market Almanac, said: "All the dangers that were anticipated with a Trump administration haven't materialised."'

The BBC expend/expended so much effort telling the British people what a disaster for the British economy Brexit would be, and indeed has been. Yet the UK stock markets are at all time high, how can that be?

Likewise President Donald Trump has been vilified all but daily by the BBC,  who have warned of the disaster that the US economy is heading for, and yet the US stock markets are also at record highs, how can that be?

It's almost as though the BBC have been misleading the British public about Brexit and President Donald Trump.

More BBC reportage here http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-42512023 but I'm sure that the BBC will be back reporting on the twin disasters that are Brexit and President Donald Trump before long.

UK: Whites Scared, White-Owned Businesses Stoned in a Racially Divided Bradford 'Heading for Disaster'

'Areas of Bradford, England, are No Go Zones for certain ethnic groups and the city is "heading toward disaster," councillors have warned, citing attacks on a synagogue and white businesses in 'Asian' areas.

Bradford Council's Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Committee chairman Arshad Hussain slammed ethnic segregation and failed integration, and blamed political correctness for making the situation worse.Too many people are "scared to speak up in case they caused offence," he warned, adding there are "many areas of this city" where people were afraid to go depending on their ethnicity — i.e. No Go Zones.Another councillor, Vanda Greenwood, added that young women did not feel safe in parts of the town because of gangs of young 'Asian' men, the Telegraph and Argus reports.'

Corbyn troll calls for Labour MP to be hung from tree not that the BBC are reporting this

'Jeremy Corbyn was at the centre of a new row over social media trolls last night after one of his supporters called for a Labour MP to be 'hanged'.

Labour said it had launched an investigation into messages – unearthed by The Mail on Sunday – targeting Enfield North MP Joan Ryan, who said during the General Election that many Labour supporters had 'more confidence in Theresa May as Prime Minister' than in party leader Mr Corbyn.

Beverly Krell, a Labour member from Manchester, attached Ms Ryan's comment to a tweet headlined 'We support Jeremy Corbyn', with the remark: 'If anybody has a rope and a tree, I'm ready'.

She also accused Ms Ryan of 'dual allegiance' and 'treason' for her role as Chair of Labour Friends of Israel. In other posts, Mrs Krell threatened to kill 'Zionists' with an AK-47 assault rifle and dismissed the Holocaust as 'regurgitated'.'

No, Winston Churchill was not pro EU

A speech by Winston Churchill to the House of Commons on 11 May 1953:
"We are with Europe but not of it; we are linked but not compromised. We are associated but not absorbed. If Britain must choose between Europe and the open sea, she must always choose the open sea."

Another example is the "we are with" I believe quoted by Sir Winston on the same day:
"Where do we stand? We are not members of the European Defence Community, nor do we intend to be merged in a Federal European system. We feel we have a special relation to both. This can be expressed by prepositions, by the preposition "with" but not "of" — we are with them, but not of them."

Please could the BBC remind remoaners who try to claim that Winston Churchill was pro the UK being in the EU that the facts show otherwise.

The BBC must ask itself this question about Alan Yentob, but it won't...

This article in The Spectator https://blogs.spectator.co.uk/2017/12/the-bbc-must-ask-itself-this-question-about-alan-yentob/ reminds us of the Kids Company 'charity' and the role played in it by the BBC's big cheese Alan Yentob. Do read the whole article to remind yourself of the whole sordid affair.

There's one section that, if true, is so damming:

'As I have previously reported, Yentob also secretly lobbied the Labour Government in 2002 over a large unpaid Kids Company tax bill which was later mysteriously waived at public expense. The charity deducted £689,000 in employment taxes from staff in 2002 – but did not pass on the money to the taxman. In an email sent on September 18, 2002 from the address of Yentob's personal assistant at the BBC, and later leaked to me, Yentob said that he had been told by the Treasury that the correct procedure would be to write a letter to minister Dawn Primarolo 'explaining the situation and the context and she would refer the matter back to the Inland Revenue'. Yentob then added cryptically: 'I intend to do that tomorrow morning with a little bit of help from my friends…' Yentob also said in the message: '[Treasury minister] Paul Boateng and I have managed to miss each other on the telephone but his office has been extremely co-operative and concerned and a phone call is being set up for tomorrow morning.' A few months later, £589,957 was written off using taxpayers' money, with an additional £100,000 debt met by an unidentified donor.'

Oddly the BBC have done their best to minimise coverage of the whole Kids Company scandal, especially the part played in it by their senior chap Alan Yentob. One might almost think that the BBC were trying to protect Botney.

The current BBC report on the Melbourne attack avoids too many inconvenient facts for that to be other than deliberate obfuscation

This BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/42451576 avoids too many inconvenient facts for it to be accidental.

At least the BBC are finally reporting that there is several links to Islam - 'He had "attributed his actions to perceived mistreatment of Muslims", said a senior officer.' and 'The man... , is an Australian citizen of Afghan descent who arrived in Australia under a refugee programme.'

It's amusing that the police are saying that - 'At this stage there were "no known links to any political issues, or any links to extremist groups" but he added that "nothing should be ruled out".' I seem to recall the BBC desperately trying to rule out Islamic terrorism immediately after the incident.

The most interesting choice of words appears in the last paragraph:

'Police said a second man arrested at the scene was released and expected to be charged with possession of cannabis and a controlled weapon. The charges are not linked to the car attack.'

I've read elsewhere that the second man, was a passenger in the car, was filming during the incident and was in possession of a bag of knives. Why are the BBC not reporting that? Is it not true?

Coincidentally, could you please remind me, do Islamic terrorist attackers ever film these attacks as propaganda weapons? Also do Islamic terrorist car attacks ever also involve knife attacks after the car has come to a stop?

The BBC's eager cooperation in minimising coverage of this attack in Melbourne is dangerous and wrong. The public should know the truth about what's happening in their cities and why.

'Iconic' blue British passport to return after Brexit per BBC News

The institutionally pro EU BBC can't help itself in this report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-42417553 on the UK returning to the traditional blue passport after Brexit.

The BBC just have to report that:

'But Labour MP Mary Creagh tweeted: "No-one under 45 will have owned a blue passport, and most will think they're not worth £50 billion and crashing the economy."'

A)  Who cares what one bitter Labour remoaner has to say on the matter. B) Could someone please explain that however unwanted the £50 billion cost is, it's less than continued membership would cost. C) Brexit is about more than economics, it's about democracy and sovereignty. D) "crashing the economy", really? Look at the FTSE, the CBI latest figures etc.

'Labour Has A Massive Antisemitism Problem, It Isn't Going Away, And Only Action Will Tackle It'

This Huffington Post article http://m.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/labour-antisemitism_uk_5a3a6b66e4b0df0de8b0612f makes rather sad reading for any Jew who votes Labour.

'... Clear guidelines such as the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism, adopted by the NEC in December 2016 as a bedrock for disciplinary procedures, remain hidden from sight, part of a problem that few in the Labour Party wish to admit to or own. Meanwhile, CLP committees across the country, ignorant of what the party standard is, bring the party into disrepute by selecting candidates like Luke Cresswell in Suffolk, Billy J Wells in Great Yarmouth and Nasreen Khan in Bradford, all highly questionable and in two cases forcing embarrassing candidacy withdrawals.

A public endorsement of the IHRA definition from Jeremy Corbyn would send a very forceful message that the Labour Party has a zero tolerance approach to antisemitism. It would also reassure Jewish members and voters about his own occasionally questionable position on this subject (he was recently heckled with 'you're a liar' and 'why do you hate us?' at a JLM event). So why doesn't he? Perhaps he feels it is too problematic for him to take a stand on this issue, and that he is too mired in the convictions of his 'Free Palestine' hinterland to ever be persuasive. Perhaps he feels the rule change at conference was enough and he wants to avoid further controversy. Perhaps he just does not want to. '

There's much more but you won't read much about this matter on the institutionally anti Israel and thus, at least borderline, anti-semitic BBC. Just as with the Labour Party, the BBC has allied itself with Islam as a means of bringing about social change in the UK and Jews are unfortunately collateral damage.

Khan Breaks Another Election Promise per Guido Fawkes

Seven broken promises of Mayor Sadiq Khan are listed by Guido Fawkes https://order-order.com/2017/12/21/khan-breaks-another-election-promise/

Don't expect to see such analysis from the BBC who won't criticise the Muslim Labour Mayor of London. This is the man who the BBC would all but collectively reach orgasm over if he could be positioned to become Prime Minister.

Melbourne crash: Driver arrested after hitting pedestrians per BBC News

The BBC are pleased to report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-australia-42437315 thus:

'The crash happened on Flinders Street, a busy junction in the centre of the city. The man who deliberately drove a car into a crowd in Melbourne is a drug user with mental health issues but no known terrorism links, police say.

The Australian citizen of Afghan descent was taken into custody after a struggle at the scene of the incident.'

Another Muslim attacker of immigrant stock with 'mental health issues' and no 'known' links to terrorism? That's not to say that this wasn't a terrorist, just that he had no 'known terrorism links', but the BBC will desperately try to persuade us that this has nothing to do with Islamic terrorism because to admit otherwise would ruin their narrative.

Muslim migrants behind rise in antisemitism

'Antisemitism is on the rise, especially in countries that took in large numbers of migrants from Arab countries. At the outset of this month's Hannukah festival, two Syrians and a Palestinian firebombed a synagogue in Gothenburg, Sweden. A few days later a Jewish cemetry in Malmö was attacked. In Germany, the Israeli flag has been burned and Jewish pupils bullied by Arab schoolmates. Jewish elders offer advice on which districts it is risky to wear the kippa, the Jewish skullcap.'

Jerusalem UN vote: Trump threatens US aid recipients -per BBC News

'US President Donald Trump has threatened to cut off financial aid to countries that back a United Nations resolution opposing the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Earlier this month, Mr Trump took that step amid international criticism.

"They take hundreds of millions of dollars and even billions of dollars, and then they vote against us," he told reporters at the White House."Let them vote against us. We'll save a lot. We don't care."

His comments come ahead of a UN General Assembly vote on a resolution opposing any recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.'

Quite right President Trump; countries are entitled to push their anti-semitic agendas, but they must realise that there may be consequences. Of course the BBC will scream about the unfairness of the USA reacting via the wallet but why shouldn't President Donald Trump use that weapon?

Rosie O'Donnell Vows to Give Jeff Flake, Susan Collins $2 Million Each if They Vote Against GOP Tax Cuts - according to Breitbart

If this Breitbart report http://www.breitbart.com/big-hollywood/2017/12/20/rosie-odonnell-vows-give-jeff-flake-susan-collins-2-million-vote-gop-tax-cuts/ is accurate then why isn't Rosie O'Donnell being charged with attempted bribery?

'...  former comedienne Rosie O'Donnell is horrified at the idea of people being able to keep more of their own money. Using her verified Twitter account Tuesday night, the aging O'Donnell offered $2 million to both Susan Collins (R-ME) and Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) in exchange for a "no" vote on Tuesday night's tax cut vote (an act that isunquestionably illegal).'

It's fascinating how the left's figures are untouchable?

As you won't see reported on the institutionally pro EU BBC

Forbes says that after the Leave vote "predictions swirled that the British economy would collapse", yet "the economy as a whole has held up relatively well" and "Britain's business climate remains attractive. The UK ranks first for the first time in Forbes' 12th annual survey of the Best Countries for Business". We were fifth last year and have never come top before.

Any coverage on the BBC? Of course not, the BBC is institutionally pro EU.

Police Chief wants extremists to be locked in internment camps

From earlier this year - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4548870/Ex-Met-chief-calls-internment-camps-3-000-extremists.html

'Thousands of radical extremists must be locked up in new internment camps to protect Britain from the unprecedented terror threat it faces, a Muslim former police chief declares today.

Writing exclusively for The Mail on Sunday, Tarique Ghaffur warns there are too many extremists on the streets for police and MI5 officers to monitor.Mr Ghaffur, an Assistant Commissioner at Scotland Yard when the 7/7 bombings took place, proposes that special centres be set up to detain as many as 3,000 extremists, where they can be kept from launching attacks. They would also be made to go through a de-radicalisation programme.'

Only 3,000 extremists? Would a deradicalisation programme work?

Metropolitan Police review of rape cases evidence

The key paragraph in this BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-42417553 is this one:

'Some see the problems as a direct result of a misplaced culture of "believing" the victim, where police don't look for or withhold contradictory evidence - but that's an assertion for the attorney general's inquiry to examine.'

The 'misplaced culture' that the likes of BBC Woman's Hour and others have been pushing for years?

The HMS Queen Elizabeth leak

The BBC report that:
'According to the Sun newspaper, HMS Queen Elizabeth has been taking on up to 200 litres of sea water every hour because of the fault.

BBC defence correspondent Jonathan Beale said the problem was "highly embarrassing" for the Royal Navy and just one of a number of snags still to be rectified.'

200 litres an hour, is that a lot? I've just turned on my kitchen tap, it filled a 1 litre jug in just under 10 seconds. That's a rate of 360 litres per hour, almost double the rate of the leak into the HMS Queen Elizabeth. This doesn't seem a lot of water.

I had a look on Amazon UK for bilge pumps, this is a link to a 12V bilge pump that claims to clear 1100 Gallons per hour (that's approximately 5,000 litres per hour). This bilge pump costs £13.49 with free delivery and is in stock. So a £13.49 bilge pump would clear the leak operating at 7.2% capacity. This leak really doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Also surely the whole point of sea trials is to find issues and fix them. This leak seems like a small issue that has been identified and will be fixed but in the meantime will hardly affect the ship's ability to operate.

So did nobody at the BBC do the maths to see whether this was a serious problem, or did they just jump to report something that they hoped would embarrass the Conservative government and denigrate the Country?

The BBC hiding any good economic news

Manufacturing order books were close to a 30 year high in the three months to December, according to the latest monthly CBI Industrial Trends Survey.

In detail:

  • 28% of manufacturers reported total order books to be above normal, at the +17% level last seen in August 1988
  • 28% of firms said their export order books were above normal, at +16% which is well above the long-run average of -18%
  • 42% of businesses said the volume of output over the past three months was up and 11% said it was down, giving a rounded balance of +30% above the long-run average of +4%
  • 29% of companies expect average selling prices to increase in the coming three months, with 6% predicting a decline, giving a balance of +23%
In addition the CBI’s Employment Trends Survey of 299 firms employing around 1 million people found that 51% of firms across the UK will grow their workforce in the year ahead, with confidence highest amongst small and mid-sized firms (58%). The majority (52%) of firms aim to raise pay for their employees in line with or above inflation in the coming year.

So I looked on the BBC website for their coverage of this news. Nothing on the BBC news home page, nothing  on their business news home page

So I searched the BBC site for CBI Industrial Trends:

The top three pages returned aren't the most recent but rather they are the most negative pages returned. There are some positive returns but you have to page down for them. There is no page returned by the search for the current report, the latest being from April 2017.

Could the BBC really be trying to minimise coverage of good economic news, despite Brexit?

Or might it be that the BBC's search facility is just crap?

Islamic State Threatens Berlin, London, New York With 'Holiday' Attacks

'Islamic State terrorists have threatened a second Berlin Christmas attack, exactly one year after the first, as security service search for suspect connected to the terror group.

The Islamic extremist group released online images and a propaganda video which also depicted London, New York, and Vienna, promising attacks "soon on your holidays… very soon," Kronen Zeitung reports.

The image of Berlin shows an armed terrorist by the Brandenburg Gate with the words: "Berlin will burn."There were also images of a bloody knife and Westminster Cathedral in London – a city hit by multiple deadly Islamic State-linked attacks this year.

Another edited image shows New York ablaze alongside the words: "We meet for Christmas in New York … soon". Just days ago, an Islamic radical set a bomb off in the U.S. city.'

Concerning news? News relevant to people living in these cities. But not news that the BBC want those forced to pay their licence fee to know about. Don't scare the plebs.

'Russia-Brexit Collusion' Narrative Collapses After UK Authorities Reveal Moscow-Allied Org Spent Just 73p on Ads

The Russia conspiracy narrative pushed by EU loyalists has been dealt a heavy blow in Britain, after social media giant Facebook revealed that an alleged Kremlin "troll farm" spent just 73 pence on referendum ads.

The embarrassing reveal follows aninvestigation by the Electoral Commission, the supposedly independent elections regulator criticised as "unfit" by Leave campaigners for its links to the European Union and partisan political entities.

...

"We strongly support the [Electoral] Commission's efforts to regulate and enforce political campaign finance rules in the United Kingdom, and we take the Commission's request very seriously," Facebook wrote in a letter seen by theTelegraph.

"Further to your request, we have examined whether any of the identified Internet Research Agency (IRA) pages or account profiles funded advertisements to audiences in the United Kingdom during the regulated period for the EU Referendum.

"We have determined that these accounts associated with the IRA spent a small amount of money ($0.97) on advertisements that delivered to UK audiences during that time.advertisement

"This amount resulted in three advertisements (each of which were also targeted to US audiences and concerned immigration, not the EU referendum) delivering approximately 200 impressions to UK viewers over four days in May 2016. '

Three advertisements, costing £0.73 and delivering approximately 200 UK impressions. You'd think that an unbiased news reporting organisation would report this news, and you'd be right. That's why the BBC isn't reporting this news, they are institutionally pro EU and all but campaign for the UK's continued membership of the EU.

You can read the news here at Breitbart

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn called a "liar" by heckler at Jewish Labour Movement Chanukah party per The Jewish Chronicle

News that you won't find reported on the BBC.

'Jeremy Corbyn was called a "liar" during his speech at the Jewish Labour Movement's Chanukah party tonight in which he said there was "zero tolerance" of antisemitism within the Labour Party.

Mr Corbyn told a crowded room at the party's headquarters in central London: "I'm here because I want the party to be strong in all areas, I want the Jewish Labour Movement to be absolutely part of and involved with the party at all levels."

Prior to Mr Corbyn's speech, a plea had been made for the all those in the room to treat each other in a comradely spirit, but at this point a female heckler responded with the words: "But you hate us".

During the Labour leader's speech, the same heckler shouted: "Corbyn, you're a liar", before reportedly leaving the room.'

Imagine that it was a leading Conservative politician who had been so heckled, headlines on the BBC. However as it's the leader of the Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn not a word.

Where people would get the idea that the Labour leader and elements of that party have a problem with anti semitic sentiment is beyond me. It's not as though Jeremy Corbyn calls the antisemitic terrorists of Hamas and Hezbollah 'friends', appears on platforms with known antisemites and turns a blind eye to the anti semitic attitudes that many of his supporters espouse.

An independent news reporting agency would report fairly on such matters but the BBC is more like the Labour Party's propaganda arm than the unbiased news reporting service that it purports to be.

German Police Union Boss: Politicians Give Empty Words Against Antisemitic Incidents While Migrant Policies Make It Worse

'German police union head Rainer Wendt blasted German politicians in the wake of anti-Semitic protests over the weekend, saying that despite their condemnations of their migrant policies have made the problem of anti-Semitism worse.

The German police chief scorned politicians who condemned the anti-Semitic protests that occurred in Berlin over the weekend and said their words were not enough, Die Welt reports."The pithy statements of the politicians against anti-Semitism do not help us," Wendt said, adding that "the same politicians who continue this immigration and deportation drama by illegally allowing in more and more foreigners from the most anti-Semitic region of the world and not even deporting the offenders among them, then proclaim that they are doing everything against anti-Semitism.'

Corbyn Launches Labour Muslim Group Headed By "Israel Has No Right to Exist" Activist - BBC don't report

'A Labour activist who tweeted "Israel has no right to exist" and suggested Jewish people are stingy is spearheading a new group for Muslims in Labour which Jeremy Corbyn helped launch last night.

John McDonnell, Dawn Butler, Andy Slaughter, Rupa Huq, Wes Streeting and Afzal Khan were also present at the launch of the Labour Muslim Network, hosted in parliament by Ali Milani, an NUS Vice President who was criticised for past anti-semitic comments.

In 2012, Milani posted a tweet suggesting Jewish people are stingy:"Nah u won't mate it will cost you a pound #jew". He also sent messages stating:"Israel has no right to exist."Israel is a land built on ethnic cleansing and colonialism. Oppression is something your people should know about."So lecturer asks the class today 'nobody in this room would ever want to go to war right?' My hand rises. 'Who?' Me: 'Israel'."'

Just the sort of sentiments that don't seem disquiet Jeremy 'friends' with Hamas and Hezbollah Corbyn or John kneecaping McDonnell or much of their Labour Party.

You can read more here at Guido Fawkes https://order-order.com/2017/12/12/corbyn-launches-labour-muslim-group-headed-israel-no-right-exist-activist/ but obviously not on the institutionally anti Israel BBC for whom a little Jew hatred is a small price to pay.

Fears grow across the Atlantic over Brexit fallout per BBC News who leave the clue as to motivation a little too high in the report

This BBC anti Brexit report purports to show the results of a report by the American Rand Corporation that is very negative on Brexit. The trouble is that the BBC left this line a little too high in their report:

'In Europe it has advised the UK government on policy issues such as mental health, as well as the European Parliament and the European Commission.'

I think that I'll take their report's conclusions with a large pinch of salt.

The tyranny of low expectations re the BBC and Saudi Arabia

The BBC report approvingly that 'Saudi Arabia to allow cinemas to reopen from early 2018'.  Included in that report is this:

'Saudi authorities also began sponsoring concerts this year.

US hip hop artist Nelly and Algerian singer Cheb Khaled will perform in the Red Sea city of Jeddah on Thursday, though the event is open to men only.'

A men only concert? Imagine the furore if this was a possibility in Israel or India. But as it's in the home of sexual (and other) apartheid, Saudi Arabia, the BBC pass no judgement.

The BBC's prejudices and priorities are as ever easy to spot.

New York attack: What do we know about Akayed Ullah? Per BBC News

One sentence in this BBC report http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-42316699 struck me:

'... Ullah "did make statements but we're not going to talk about that right now"'

What statements did he make? Can I guess? Can you?

New York Port Authority attack: Man held after Manhattan blast per BBC News

'A man is being held after an attempted terror attack at New York City's main bus terminal, officials say."Terrorists won't win," Mayor Bill de Blasio said after a blast at the Port Authority terminal in Manhattan during the morning rush hour on Monday.

The suspect, named as Akayed Ullah, 27, was wounded when a "low-tech explosive device" strapped to his body blew up in an underpass, officials say.'

Firebombing Jewish Children in Sweden as not reported by the BBC

'On Saturday, December 9, masked men threw firebombs at a synagogue in Gothenburg, Sweden. The attack took place shortly after 10:00 pm, at a time when about thirty children and teenagers (the Swedish word "ungdomar", used in media reports, suggests they were teens, but could be younger or both) were attending a party at the Jewish Center adjoining the main building. When the assault began, the guards rushed them into the cellar, and finally allowed them to go home at about 11:30 pm. (Guards, of course, are a fixture at European synagogues these days.) A mother of one of the girls at the party received a text message from her daughter saying that she was scared and that there was a smell of gasoline.

Yes, in Western Europe, in 2017, a group of young Jews stood huddled in a basement, helpless, amid the gasoline fumes from firebombs.'

More here https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/11534/sweden-jews-firebombing but not on the BBC for whom Islamic hatred of is excusable.

Remember that in reality Islamists don't hate Jews because of Israel, rather they hate Israel because of the Jews.

Venezuela opposition banned from running in 2018 election

In case you wonder what would happen to democracy in the UK should Jeremy Corbyn become Prime Minister, here's the latest news from Venezuela.

'Venezuela's president, Nicolas Maduro, says the country's main opposition parties are banned from taking part in next year's presidential election.'

More here at the BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-42304594 A responsible news reporting organisation would ask Jeremy Corbyn for his opinion on what's happening in the socialist nirvana of Venezuela but the BBC isn't an independent responsible news reporting organisation, instead it is rather more like the propaganda arm of the Labour Party.

Students Kicked Out of Campus Coffee Shop for Wearing MAGA Hats

https://youtu.be/P1bsyh9m5Us

I wonder if the woman trying to expel students for wearing MAGA hats as the hats are redolent of Nazis would be at all offended by a student wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt or a Karl Marx one, or a Chairman Mao one. Somehow I think that imaginary Nazis are more of a concern to her than the real mass murdering socialists of the recent past.

BBC lies about the historical US position on Jerusalem

'Israeli-Palestinian tensions have risen since President Donald Trump recognised Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Wednesday's decision reversed decades of US neutrality on the matter.'

So stated the BBC this morning.

This video shows the truth, and it's at odds with the BBC.

https://youtu.be/mm42_08Uv5g

I'd complain to the BBC but, when you're dealing with an organisation as institutionally anti Israel as the BBC is, there's really no point.

By the way has anyone got a copy of the Balen Report to hand?

BBC News ignore inconvenient facts about the USA recognising Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Are they really so blinded by their hatred of Israel and President Donald Trump that they'll spread lies?

'Israeli-Palestinian tensions have risen since President Donald Trump recognised Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Wednesday's decision reversed decades of US neutrality on the matter.'

Those two sentences are from this BBC report http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-42291071

Are you sure BBC? I'll give you one hour to correct your untruth.

The organisation "has outrageously been one of the world's foremost centres of hostility towards Israel"

'The organisation "has outrageously been one of the world's foremost centres of hostility towards Israel"

Those are the words of the US envoy to the United Nations. She was talking about the United Nations but could just as well have been speaking about the institutionally anti Israel BBC.

'The US envoy to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, has accused the UN of damaging the prospects for peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

The organisation "has outrageously been one of the world's foremost centres of hostility towards Israel", she said.'

BBC allows Pro-Palestine reporters to cover Jerusalem per Biased BBC

The Biased BBC headline 'BBC allows Pro-Palestine reporters to cover Jerusalem per Biased BBC' does rather beg the question, which BBC reporters aren't pro-Palestine. Can you think of any?

British IS fighters 'should not be allowed back into the UK' per BBC News

'No British citizen who has fought for so-called Islamic State should be allowed back into the country, the defence secretary has said.

In an interview with the Daily Mail, Gavin Williamson said: "Quite simply, my view is a dead terrorist can't cause any harm to Britain."'

Hard to argue with that?
The BBC of course find someone, but I won't dignify their opinion by repeating it here.

But don't forget that the Daily Mail supported Hitler...

I've lost counts how many times I've heard a lefty commentator on the BBC justify their hatred of the Daily Mail by saying that the paper supported Hitler pre World War 2.

Oddly the BBC seem less keen to recall thus:

'Since admiration for Hitler was Reith's blind spot, he was contemptuous of Churchill's early rallying cry urging Britain to prepare itself to meet the coming assault by the Nazis on free countries. His diaries express his approval of Germany. He was positive the Nazis "would clean things up."

It is not surprising that he went on to extend his admiration to include Mussolini. Chamberlain had taken office as Prime Minister in 1937 and Reith eagerly obeyed him by denying Churchill adequate opportunity to rouse the British by speaking to them over the radio as they sat in the threatened security of their peaceful homes.'

More here https://www.winstonchurchill.org/publications/finest-hour/finest-hour-082/reith-of-the-bbc/

Could someone remind the BBC of this inconvenient truth the next time they dis the Daily Mail.

As the BBC will not report

' A 2016 UK poll showed that 43% of British Muslims "believed that parts of the Islamic legal system should replace British law while only 22 per cent opposed the idea". Another poll from 2016 found that 23% of all Muslims supported the introduction of sharia law in some areas of Britain, 39% agreed that "wives should always obey their husbands," and 52% of all British Muslims believe that homosexuality should be illegal.'

More here https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/11493/europe-two-state-solution especially about France's Muslim future, but obviously not on the BBC where such facts are verboten.

Do we need another EU Referendum?

The 2015 election resulted in a Conservative government who had promised a referendum and to honour the result of that referendum. Then we had the Referendum itself, won by the Brexit side. Finally at the 2017 General Election both Labour and the Conservative parties stood on pro Brexit manifestos, something that the BBC chooses to ignore. In effect the British people have voted three times for Brexit, is that not enough.

Of course one Remain vote would mean never asking the question again. As with the French and the Irish we will be asked to vote again and again until we give the answer that the EU want.

US to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital in world first per BBC News. I offer a translation service

This report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-42246564 from the institutionally anti Israel BBC is quite fun to read. Here are the first four paragraphs and my translation of what the BBC mean.

'US President Donald Trump will recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital, senior administration officials have said.'

That fascist Islamophobe Trump will recognise Jerusalem as the capital of the apartheid state of Israel, white supremacist functionaries have admitted.

'He is due to announce the controversial decision in a speech later. Mr Trump is also expected to approve moving the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, but not for several years.'

Anything Trump does is 'controversial' but this decision is pure evil. Trump will also move the US embassy from the city of Tel Aviv which was built on land stolen from the Palestinians to the third holiest site in Islam, Jerusalem.

'Israel welcomes the changes but the Palestinians and Arab leaders have warned they will jeopardise any Middle East peace process.'

The apartheid state of Israel welcomes the change, pushed by the Zionist pressure groups. The peace loving Palestinians and Arab leaders have warned that this decision will jeopardise any Middle East peace process, oh why can't Israel just go away, from the river to the sea Palestine will be free.

Actually the truth of the matter is that the Palestinians and other Muslim countries have no interest in peace in the Middle East. They hate Israel because it is Jewish and Jew hatred is part of Islam's heritage and indeed present.

Man due in court over alleged plot to kill PM per BBC News

The BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-42242557 that:

'A man is due to appear in court later over an alleged plot to kill the prime minister, Theresa May.

The BBC understands Naa'imur Zakariyah Rahman, 20, from north London, is accused of planning to bomb Downing Street security gates and then attack the PM with a knife.Aknife.

A second man, Mohammed Aqib Imran, 21, of Birmingham, is accused of the preparation of terrorist acts for allegedly planning to travel overseas.'

A man? A Muslim man? Shh we must be careful not to risk an Islamophobic backlash, that's the real danger.

Shadow Cabinet Brexit Positions in Full per Guido Fawkes

The BBC obsess over disagreements within the Conservative Party over Brexit. The BBC are uninterested in highlighting splits within their beloved Labour Party.

Helpfully for the British public Guido Fawkes has listed the different positions of leading Labour Party politicians.

'John McDonnell: we must leave the single market to respect the referendum result

Tom Watson: we should stay in the single market and customs union permanently

Jon Ashworth, Jenny Chapman: we have to leave the single market

Diane Abbott: we should keep freedom of movement

Jeremy Corbyn, Keir Starmer:freedom of movement ends with Brexit

Barry Gardiner: staying in the customs union would be a disaster

Corbyn: whipped vote against single market and customs union membership

Starmer: we should stay in the single market and customs union (which means keeping free movement)'

Reggie Yates leaves Top of the Pops after 'offensive' Jewish slur per BBC News

This BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-42231416 on Reggie Watts is interesting in its choice of language used.

'Reggie Yates will not host this year's Top of the Pops holiday specials after making "ill-considered remarks" in a podcast interview.

Yates apologised last month for using the phrase "fat Jewish guy" to refer to managers in the music industry.

He has now tweeted to say he has "taken the decision to step down" from hosting the music shows, which were due to air on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.

The presenter added that he apologised "unreservedly to the Jewish community".

In the Halfcast Podcast, hosted by DJ Chuckie Lothian, he had used the phrase while praising artists who chose to remain independently managed, adding: "They're managed by their brethren."

In his latest statement on Twitter, he said his words "reinforced offensive stereotypes" and that the comment was "no reflection on how I truly feel".

The host, who also presents The Insider series for BBC Three, was due to present this year's holiday specials of long-running show Top of the Pops with Fearne Cotton.

A BBC spokesperson said: "We take these issues very seriously and Reggie is in no doubt about the BBC's view of his comments."'

No mention of the word antisemitic, can anyone doubt that if a BBC personality insulted Muslims then the word Islamophobic would have been used?

Also Reggie Yates' latest defence "reinforced offensive stereotypes" and that the comment was "no reflection on how I truly feel". If that last sentiment is true, then why did he make the comment? Is using that sort of language common amongst his 'brethren' and the people with whom he associates.

US Senate passes sweeping tax overhaul bill and the BBC News indulge in 'analysis', unbiased of course

This BBC report http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-42205181 on the American tax reforms includes this:

'Republican legislative success at last

Analysis: Anthony Zurcher, BBC News, Washington

The US Senate, a seemingly insurmountable roadblock for the Republican agenda for much of this year, has at last given its assent to a major piece of legislation.

Perhaps not surprisingly, sweeping tax cuts - always beloved by conservatives - is what finally brought the party together and gave President Donald Trump the opportunity to claim a landmark legislative achievement.'

Did you spot the value judgements? First, 'always beloved by conservatives' - have you ever seen a major rise in public spending under a Labour government in the UK or a Democrat administration in the USA described as 'always beloved by socialists'?
Second, '.. gave President Donald Trump the opportunity to claim a landmark legislative achievement.'. Alternatively, and more impartially, this 'gave President Donald Trump a landmark legislative achievement'

BBC bias is pretty much omnipresent and of course always denied.

Reza Zarrab case: Gold trader implicates Turkish President Erdogan per BBC News. Read the report and spot the word that shows where the BBC's sympathies lie.

'A controversial Turkish-Iranian gold trader has told a US court that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan personally approved his sanction-breaking deals with Iran.

Reza Zarrab, 34, is a key witness in the criminal trial of a Turkish banker whom he allegedly worked with to help Iran launder money.

Mr Erdogan has denied that Turkey breached US sanctions on Iran.

The case has strained relations between Ankara and Washington. In his testimony, Mr Zarrab implicated Mr Erdogan in an international money laundering scheme that he and the banker, Mehmet Hakan Atilla, ran between 2010 and 2015 that allegedly allowed Iran to access international markets despite US sanctions.'

More here http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-42189802

Did you spot the word 'controversial', that's BBC speak for not approved by the BBC. President Trump, the Conservatives and Israel are often described as doing something controversial. Oddly Hillary Clinton, the Labour Party and Islamist terrorists are not so described.

BBC bias is omnipresent.

Pakistan attack: Gunmen storm Peshawar training college per BBC News. Can you spot the missing words?

'Several people are reported to be injured after gunmen stormed a college in the Pakistani city of Peshawar.

At least two gunmen, reportedly disguised in burkas, arrived in a rickshaw and entered the Peshawar Agriculture Training Institute early on Friday morning.

There is a heavy police presence in the area and the incident is still ongoing, media reports say.The Pakistani Taliban said it had carried out the attack.

The college is thought to have been closed for Eid celebrations.

At least one attacker has been killed, according to media reports citing the military. There were also reports of at least one blast heard from inside the campus.

"Police and army commandos have cordoned off the campus," chief of police for Peshawar, Tahir Khan, told Reuters news agency.

Peshawar, close to the Afghan border, has seen some of the worst violence during the Taliban insurgency in recent years.

In 2014 Taliban militants attacked an army-run school in Peshawar, leaving 141 people dead in one of the worst assaults in the country's recent history.'

Report is here http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-42191487

So we are allowed to know they were burkas, it happened at Eid and that the Taliban said it carried out the attack. The Taliban are described as militants and as responsible for an insurgency. Of course being a BBC report there is no mention of Muslim or Islam, nor is there any mention of the words terrorists.
