Corbyn's Homeless Poster Boy is Registered Sex Offender and "Danger to Women" per Guido Fawkes

'Jeremy Corbyn stood accused of spreading fake news over the Christmas period, after highlighting a Channel 4 film that heaps praise on a homeless man, who compains he has not been given a bed and blames Brexit. Corbyn added his own comment, saying "this Government fails those who have given so much to our country." The video highlights former soldier Stephen Rowe sleeping rough and complaining that in order to receive Government help "you have to fit the criteria". In the video he does not say what criteria he fails to fit…

Helpfully, ITV's Peter Smith has pointed out that in this specific case "some avenues have been cut off to Mr Rowe" due to the fact that he was convicted of attacking and attempting to rape an 87 year old woman, and placed on the sex offenders register for life. The court described Rowe as "a danger to women". Homeless veterans do receive Government help, difficulties arise in giving them a bed if they have a violent history of attacking women…'

More here https://order-order.com/2018/12/29/corbyns-homeless-poster-boy-registered-sex-offender-danger-women/ and elsewhere on the media but obviously not on the Labour Party's propaganda arm, the BBC.

Imagine the Conservative Party had made such an error, the mistake would be BBC headlines. As it's Jeremy Corbyn, not a f***ing word on the BBC. Disgusting, why should I pay for the Labour Party's propaganda arm?

Channel migrants: Home secretary declares major incident per BBC News

No mention of the word invasion on the BBC article https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-46705128 and no criticism of the invadision by Jeremy Corbyn.

Thornberry: Corbyn hasn't tackled antisemitism because he was upset by claims per Jewish News

'Shadow Education Secretary Emily Thornberry drew jeers from a Limmud audience when she said that Jeremy Corbyn was so "upset" by allegations of antisemitism against him, he failed to act.

Interviewed by Momentum founder Jon Lansman at one of the last Limmud sessions on Thursday, the Islington South MP also drew laughter when she repeated the claim that "there isn't a racist or antisemitic bone in Jeremy's body".'

Jeremy Hunt orders review into persecuted Christians' plight per BBC News who manage to minimise mention of Islam

This BBC report https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-46682411 only manages one mention one mention of Islam and that at the very end of the report:

UK now has systems to combat drones per BBC News

The latest BBC news update
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-46676762 omits any mention of Israel now, why?

The invasion continues

The BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-46679414

'A boat carrying 13 suspected migrants and a rowing boat carrying another two have been stopped off the Kent coast.

Lifeboats and the coastguard helicopter were involved in the first rescue operation two miles from Walmer at about 04:30 GMT.'

The invasion continues not that the BBC see it that be.

Six Migrants Convicted In Sweden's Biggest Ever Human-Trafficking Case - follow the money

'... six Bulgarian nationals were given sentences between one and a half years to five and a half years in prison for their roles in the human smuggling ring which saw at least twenty victims forced to beg on the streets of various cities across the country, among them the city of Växjö where they were charged, broadcaster Sveriges Radio reports.

In total, seven Bulgarian nationals and one Swedish national were charged in the case.

According to local newspaper Barometern, the Bulgarian nationals were all family members with the operation being headed by a man in his 60s who with his three sons and two grandsons managed to send around two million euros from Sweden to Bulgaria over a two year period.'

Gatwick drones pair 'no longer suspects' per BBC News who aren't happy with the Israeli technology

This BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-46665615 shows a lack of enthusiasm with the Israeli technology:

'Authorities finally regained control over the airfield early on Friday after the Army deployed unidentified military technology.

It is believed that the Israeli-developed Drone Dome system, which can jam communications between the drone and its operator, was used.

However, experts have said it does not enable the person responsible to be tracked down and captured.

John Murray, professor of robotics and autonomous systems at the University of Hull, said it could only "take the drone out of the sky".'

Has anyone asked Jeremy Corbyn for his opinion on the use of Israeli technology?Maybe he'd rather use his "friends" in Hamas or Hezbollah than those in the Jewish State?

Jeremy Corbyn’s guide to a progressive socialist Christmas

From The Daily Mash

'WITH shopping to do and parties to go to, it's easy to forget the true meaning of Christmas – international socialism. Here's how to have a left-wing festive season.

Avoid militarist films

Reject capitalist war profiteering by not watching militarist propaganda like The Great Escape. I will also be avoiding superhero films due to their sickening elitism.

Have a marrow-based dinner

I love having people over for a sumptuous Christmas dinner, so I'll be making my famous boiled marrow. Make sure your guests definitely get the invitation or there's a danger no one will turn up, like last year.

Buy left-wing presents

Everyone loves socialist Christmas presents. This year I'm getting my wife a fascinating book I discovered called From Nye Bevan to Neoliberalism: Changing Economic Challenges Facing the Modern Welfare State. At 804 pages it'll last a lot longer than a bottle of Chanel No. 5!

...

Don't forget the young socialists!

This year all my young relatives will be getting action figures from a wonderful non-profit socialist toy shop I found in Islington. I can't wait to see them having adventures with Bearded 1980s CND Man and Earnest Middle Class Activist Woman.

Leave something out for Santa

On Christmas Eve I leave out 10 carrots and 10 mince pies to encourage Santa to share profits equally among his reindeer workforce.'

Juncker's Christmas Pay Rise Gives Him €32,700 a Month per Euro Guido

Guido Fawkes reoirtsyhttps://order-order.com/2018/12/17/junckers-christmas-pay-rise-gives-e32700-month/ that:

'President Juncker will be able to afford a many more boozy lunches in 2019. As a result of a Christmas pay rise, from January bureaucrats in the EU will be paid more than €20,000 a month, Commissioners will be paid €26,600 a month, and President Juncker will be paid a whopping  €32,700 a month'

Oddly I can't see a word about this on the institutionally pro EU BBC.

British taxpayers are STILL funding 'lessons in hate' at Palestinian schools per Daily Mail Online

'British taxpayers are still funding 'lessons in hate' at Palestinian schools more than a year after ministers were told they could be inciting violence against Israel.

It emerged last year that the Department for International Development has helped pay the salaries of officials who drew up a new curriculum that teaches children the virtues of becoming a jihadi.

Plays put on at schools and summer camps have even included pupils staging mock executions.

One in Hebron featured a child draped in Palestinian colours 'shooting' another dressed as an Israeli soldier.'

Australia recognises West Jerusalem as Israeli capital per BBC News

The BBC report https://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-46576716 have a one-sided view of the status of Jerusalem.

'The status of Jerusalem goes to the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Israel regards Jerusalem as its "eternal and undivided" capital, while the Palestinians claim East Jerusalem - occupied by Israel in the 1967 Middle East war - as the capital of a future state.'

Remind me who occupied East Jerusalem between 1948 & 1967, the BBC never don't seem to mention what Jordan (the Palestinian state) between occupying East Jerusalem in 1948 and what they did to the native Jews during Jordan's occupying period.

The importation of pharmaceuticals and medicines into the UK - Project Fear

The fact that I can't find any detail on the statistics behind the delays to importing pharmaceuticals and medicines into the UK is interesting. Unless I have proof, I suspect that we are being lied to.

I found this on Wikipedia:

'The pharmaceutical industry in the United Kingdom directly employs around 73,000 people and in 2007 contributed £8.4 billion to the UK's GDP and invested a total of £3.9 billion in research and development. In 2007 exports of pharmaceutical products from the UK totalled £14.6 billion, creating a trade surplus in pharmaceutical products of £4.3 billion.'

No-deal Brexit: Disruption at Dover 'could last six months' per BBC News who muddy the waters of on medicines

Read this part of this BBC article
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46480374

'Current advice is that there should be a six-week stockpile of medicines in the UK to cover the possibility of disruption after a no deal Brexit.

About 90% of medicines imported by the UK and the Republic of Ireland come in through Dover.'

So what proportion of medicines are imported as opposed to produced in the UK? Will this "disruption" affect 90% of 90%? Or 90% of 10%? What is the truth, and why don't I trust the Remoaners at the BBC to tell me the truth?

British Government Publishes Full Brexit Legal Advice and it's not what Theresa 'Quisling' May told us was the case

'Cox wrote: "In conclusion, the current drafting… does not provide for a mechanism that is likely to enable the UK lawfull to exit the Uk wide customs union without a subsequent agreement. This remains the case even if parties are still negotiating many years later, and even if the parties believe that talks have clearly broken down and there is no prospect of a future relationship agreement."'

I said that the UK would never really leave the EU, we wouldn't be allowed to, and that is just what is happening.

Oscars 2019: Kevin Hart quits as host amid tweets row per BBC News

The BBC's news reporting priorities stink of agenda following and agenda setting. Currently the BBC's second most important news article is this one https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-46479017

The BBC article lead line is:
'US comedian and actor Kevin Hart says he has stepped down from hosting the 2019 Oscars following a controversy over homophobic tweets.'

What's actually shocking is what Kevin Hart said 10 years ago, prepare yourself for saying something so reprehensible:

'"One of my biggest fears is my son growing up and being gay. That's a fear," he told the audience.

"Keep in mind, I'm not homophobic, I have nothing against gay people, be happy. Do what you want to do.

"But me, being a heterosexual male, if I can prevent my son from being gay, I will."'

The bar of what is unacceptable is being set lower and lower by the SJWers. Can anyone without sin really throw the first stone?

The backstop is real?

The backstop is required to prevent a hard border in Northern Ireland, or so we're told by the BBC and its fellow Remoaners. Isn't this somewhat disingenuous? I thought that the Irish Republic and the UK have both stated they have no intention of erecting a hard border and also that the WTO have stated there is no need to erect a hard border. So why is this line being pushed by the BBC and co?

Brexit: Legal advice warns of Irish border 'stalemate' per BBC News

'Newly published documents show the PM was told an arrangement designed to prevent a hard Irish border could last "indefinitely" and the UK could not "lawfully exit" without EU agreement.'

That's what happens when a Remainer runs the Brexit process. Is anyone seriously surprised?

No Shit Sherlock again

Just like a London bus

The US-China Economic and Security Review Commission recently issued a report saying that Beijing could force Huawei and other Chinese 5G equipment-makers to "modify products to perform below expectations or fail, facilitate state or corporate espionage, or otherwise compromise the confidentiality, integrity, or availability" of networks that used them.

No Shit Sherlock

No shit Sherlock

I used to post a No Shit Sherlock piece every week but haven't for a while, here's
an (un)welcome example:

'EU have used backstop as 'negotiating ploy' - DUP MP

The DUP's Gregory Campbell says the Brexit legal advice published this morning describes the backstop plan to avoid a hard Irish border as a permanent arrangement.

However he says the plan is based on a "false assertion", and has been used as a "negotiating ploy" used against the UK by the EU.

"It is a practical, physical, political impossibility, under any circumstances, for a hard border to emerge on the island of Ireland," he adds.'

BBC biased article here
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-politics-parliaments-46428770

BBC biased reporting as usual

'Blistering from former armed forces minister Mark Francois.

The prime minister has repeatedly faced questions about the investigations into historic allegations against armed forces personnel.

The prime minister promises a response in due course – that will not satisfy the powerful lobby of Conservative backbenchers who point (as Mr Francois did) to the "letters of comfort" which protect former IRA members from prosecution.

This is an issue which corrodes confidence on the Conservative backbenches.'

Of course no mention by the Labour Party's propaganda arm the BBC about which party when in government introduced the "letters of comfort".

BBC bias here https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-politics-parliaments-46428770 and indeed all over the BBC.

BBC’s “left-wing journalist” tweeted Rothschild conspiracy theories and called Holocaust testimony “subliminal propaganda” per The Red Roar

Red Roar report https://www.theredroar.com/2018/12/bbcs-left-wing-journalist-tweeted-rothschild-conspiracy-theories-and-called-holocaust-testimony-subliminal-propaganda/ on a guest who'll fit right in at the, antisemitic by at least one of the IHRA examples, BBC:

'The BBC's comedy programme The Mash Report interviewed far-left conspiracy theorist Steve Topple as a guest on its latest episode, describing the Canary writer as a "left-wing journalist". In reality, Topple is a conspiracist who has said that all Jews ought to be "held responsible" for Israel's actions.

...

In 2015, Topple wrote, "maybe most Jews peaceful, but until they recognize and destroy their growing Zionist cancer they must be held responsible." He has appeared to back the claim that the British media is "Jewish", that the Rothschilds family is behind the IMF and the Syrian civil war, and that the royal family are "Rothschild-Goldsmiths". In 2014, he attacked the BBC for broadcasting a holocaust survivor's story, calling it "subliminal propaganda". Topple published an apology for his previous comments in 2016, but didn't specify which views he no longer holds and has not deleted his offensive tweets.'

Someone who would fit in perfectly at the institutionally antisemitic, by at least one of the IHRA examples, BBC.

EU pension liabilities, a thought

We're often reminded that after leaving the EU we will still have to pay EU pensions for quite some time. Remind me, when the UK joined the EU, did we get a discount on the grounds that some of that year's EU costs were pension payments for staff that had joined the EU before we were members?

The fix is in?

If Theresa May loses the key vote then theoretically Parliament can tell the government what to do next. But how can it tell her to agree another deal when there is no other deal.

In reality the vote will tell the government to halt Brexit, which is what Theresa May and the EU want. This has been the plan for quite some time. The European Court of Justice decision was out just in time, coincidence?

Leaked Commons legal analysis of Brexit deal vindicates Trump, contradicts May and adds to Brexiteers' concerns per BrexitCentral

'The Government is already on the rack over its refusal to publish the legal advice provided on the Brexit deal by Attorney General, Geoffrey Cox, despite a parliamentary motion ordering it to be done. Cox will make a statement on the matter in the House of Commons later today (Monday 3rd December), during which he will doubtless be questioned about the leak in the Sunday Times of a letter he wrote in which he admitted that the UK would be trapped "indefinitely" in a customs union with the EU if the backstop comes into effect. But ministers now face further questions as it emerges that a confidential analysis of the Withdrawal Agreement by the House of Commons' own expert legal team comes to the same conclusion as President Trump – that Theresa May's Brexit deal would prevent the UK from entering trade deals with countries such as the US. The bombshell is contained in a 27-page legal note prepared by the House of Commons EU Legislation Team, which is headed by Arnold Ridout, its Counsel for European Legislation. A highly respected specialist in EU Law, he has previously worked for the EC Commission's Legal Service and advised the European Secretariat of the Cabinet Office and prior to taking up his current role in 2014, he was Deputy Legal Adviser to the House of Lords EU Select Committee. The note – marked 'not for general distribution' and obtained by BrexitCentral – is dated 26th November and states that the UK-EU customs union which would come into effect if the backstop is triggered "would be a practical barrier to the UK entering separate trade agreements on goods with third countries". This is in direct contradiction to the Prime Minister who has insisted that her deal will allow the UK to have an entirely independent trade policy. Indeed, she told the House of Commons just last Monday how "for the first time in 40 years, the UK will be able to strike new trade deals and open up new markets for our goods and services".'

Much more here

Academic claims phrases like 'bring home the bacon' will go out of fashion to avoid offending vegans

Labour spark fresh anti-Semitism storm 'amid move to silence victims from speaking out' per Daily Mail Online

The Labour Party find new ways to disgust, but not surprise, me:

'Labour has sparked a fresh anti-Semitism furore as a chilling move to silence victims from speaking out is exposed by The Mail on Sunday.

Party bosses have warned any activist who publicly accuses another member of anti-Jewish prejudice risks being disciplined and any formal complaints they have made could be dropped.

Anyone complaining is ordered by the party's Complaints Team to 'ensure you keep all information relating to your complaint private and do not share it with third parties or the media (including social media).'

Is the BBC biased?: The public is of one mind (apparently)

Courtesy of Craig at Isthebbcbiased.blogspot.co.uk is this analysis of blatant BBC bias.

http://isthebbcbiased.blogspot.com/2018/12/the-public-is-of-one-mind-apparently.html

Do read the whole piece, here's Craig's conclusion:

'Not only did Elizabeth find "a good deal of sympathy for Theresa May and, dare I say it, even some sympathy for her plan" on the streets of Birmingham, she failed to find even one person who was critical of Mrs May or her plan. This must have been music of the sweetest kind to No.10's ears: 0% public opposition to her plan, and huge amounts of sympathy and support. Even the 'bored of Brexit' sentiments will have pleased the PM's team.

Quite breathtaking, don't you think?'

Breathtaking indeed, but also disgustingly biased and surely against the BBC's Charter. I'd complain to the BBC but what's the point?

Female genital mutilation cases more than double in a year in UK per The Guardian

The Guardian manage to report https://www.theguardian.com/society/2018/nov/30/female-genital-mutilation-cases-more-than-double-in-a-year-in-UK on the rise in FGM in the UK.

'The number of girls in England who have experienced or are believed to be at risk of female genital mutilation (FGM) has more than doubled in a year, according to assessments by council social workers.

Analysis of government figures shows that FGM featured in 1,960 social work assessments in 2017-18 – more than twice the 970 cases reported in the previous year.

The figures were described as alarming by those working in the field, who said the increase was due mainly to better detection by social workers. Experts said the real incidence of FGM is likely to be far higher, however, as it remains a largely hidden crime.

The analysis, by the Local Government Association, also reveals that abuse of children linked to faith or belief – including witchcraft and spirit possession – has gone up by 12%.'

Whilst The Guardian can't mention Islam, the BBC don't seem to have reported this terrifying rise in FGM at all.

Man who dismissed Labour antisemitism allegations gets top role in dealing with it per The Jewish Chronicle

Another day, another Labour Party antisemitic problem.

'A man who said Labour members alleging antisemitism within the party should be suspended, has been elected to Labour's top disciplinary body dealing, with cases that included alleged antisemitism.

Stephen Marks, a member of the fringe, pro-Corbyn Jewish Voice for Labour group, was one of six candidates on a left-wing slate, agreed by Momentum and Campaign for Labour Party Democracy (CLPD), to have won places on Labour's national constitutional committee (NCC).

The NCC deals with disciplinary cases involving Labour members.

Momentum had confirmed it would support Mr Marks as a candidate – despite earlier claims that its founder Jon Lansman would block the endorsement of the JVL activist.'

Experts: Parliament Can't Force A Second Referendum per Guido Fawkes

This https://order-order.com/2018/11/27/experts-parliament-cant-force-second-referendum/ from Guido Fawkes misses, maybe deliberately, the obvious:

'Constitutional experts Vernon Bogdanor and Lord Kerslake both agree that there is no way for Parliament to force a second referendum without a cooperative executive.

Professor Bogdanor confirms that as the Withdrawal Agreement is a treaty, Parliament can either ratify it or not. "A referendum amendment would have no effect on its own, to have a second referendum you need legislation which in 2015 took seven months to get through Parliament."

Former Head of the Civil Service Lord Kerslake agrees, saying "there has to be, as Vernon says, legislation… the way forward has to come with the involvement and the agreement of Government."

The only scenarios that could happen are those that Number 10 would be willing to entertain…'

Theresa Remainer and Quisling May would be very happy to have a second referendum, so long as the Remoaners win it. To that end, if you think that the political class and the BBC were biased during the run up to the 2016 election, you ain't seen nothing yet!

Toddler among nine rescued from dinghy off Dover coast per BBC News

The BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-46356204 that:

'An 18-month-old child is among nine people rescued from a dinghy in the English Channel, the BBC understands.

A lifeboat was called at about 04:30 GMT after the 3m-long vessel was spotted by a fishing crew off Dover.

A Border Force boat picked up the suspected migrants and brought them to Dover at about 05:30 where they were handed over to immigration officials.

Some 123 people have reached the Kent coast so far this month, most claiming to be Iranian.'

Some might say that the ongoing invasion is picking up speed.

So long as the Remoaners win?

"Both the Remain campaign, and the Leave champai… campaign should jointly agree that this vote is final, doesn't matter how marginal it is, it's final. Once this is resolved then that's it for a generation."

So sayeth Tony Blair.

Isn't that what was happened in 2016? I thought plenty of people said that this was the decisive, once in a generation vote.

Trust me, any vote will only be final if the Remoaners win, otherwise there will be another referendum, and another, and another.

In rediscovered telegram, Himmler offers Jerusalem's mufti help against 'Jewish intruders' per The Times of Israel

Naziism linked to Arab Muslims, the BBC will run a mile from this historical discovery.

'A telegram from Heinrich Himmler to the grand mufti of Jerusalem has been found in the archives of Israel's National Library.

Believed to have been sent in 1943, it contains a promise by Hitler's deputy to Haj Amin al-Husseini that the German Reich will stand behind the Arabs of Palestine and support their struggle against "Jewish intruders."

Published on the library website on Wednesday, the telegraph notes that the struggle against world Jewry has been a principle of the German National Socialists from the start, and that the regime has always followed "with particular sympathy," the struggle of "freedom-loving Arabs," especially those in Palestine battling the Jews.

"The joint recognition of the enemy and the struggle together against it are what build the solid basis between the National Socialists of Greater Germany and freedom-loving Muslims of the world," Himmler wrote.'

Eight more 'migrants' found in dinghy off Kent coast per BBC News

This BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-46320413 doesn't include the word 'invasion'.

Little evidence 20mph speed limit reduces casualties, says report

This Guardian report https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/nov/23/little-evidence-20mph-speed-limit-cuts-casualties-says-uk-report says it all when you look at the first and last sentence:

'There is insufficient evidence that a 20mph speed limit has led to a significant reduction in the number of crashes and casualties in UK residential areas, a government-commissioned study has found.

...

Joshua Harris, the director of campaigns at the road safety charity Brake, said: "Breaking the speed limit is breaking the law and those who do so should be punished. We must make a success of 20mph limits, but to do so we need more enforcement, which is delivered consistently across the country."'

In other works, it doesn't matter if the 20mph limits make a difference so long as drivers are punished.

France's Macron speaks about an EU Army but the BBC News seem to have forgotten the sneering Nick Clegg when attacking any prospect of such a development

This BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-46254393 includes:

'France's President Emmanuel Macron has called for closer ties between his country and Germany, saying Europe "has the obligation not to let the world slip into chaos".

...

He also wants Germany's backing for a European Army, which he has said would reduce the bloc's dependence on the US... '

Will the EU fanatics at the BBC question Nick Clegg about his calling the idea of an EU Army' a dangerous fantasy'?

Many might think that the dangerous fantasy wasn't being expressed by Nigel Farage but by Nick Clegg.

Come on, someone ask Nick Clegg about his comments from 2016.

Suspected migrants found on rocks at Folkestone per BBC News

This BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-kent-46253019 uses the word 'migrants' but not with the preceding qualifier 'illegal' or the possible alternative word 'invader'.

As for the word 'suspected'?

Why wasn't this headline at the time, why isn't it headline news now?

This piece from the excellent Craig http://isthebbcbiased.blogspot.com/2018/11/had-you-heard-of-this.html should be a must read for every politician, journalist and citizen of the UK.

Here's the key part

'Nazir Afzal:..." back in 2008 the Home Office sent a circular to all police forces in the country saying "as far as these young girls who are being exploited in towns and cities, we believe that they've made an informed choice about their sexual behaviour and, therefore, it's not for you police officers to get involved in". That's the landscape coming from the top down in 2008. Rest assured, all agencies are going to listen to it. It only changed because of the work we did and the work the Times newspaper did in 2010-11. The fact that we were able to bring the prosecution in Rochdale led to this investigation in West Yorkshire opening...it  only opened in 2013. And the series of prosecutions that have followed indicate to me that the agencies are getting it right now but the reality, of course, is that we've lost a generation of young girls who have been left behind and abused."

So if Mr Afzal, who knows as much about this as anyone, is correct, then why hasn't this been picked up on by mainstream journalists? Why didn't this PM interview spark a nationwide clamour to investigate that 2008 Home Office circular, and the behaviour of the Home Office under Gordon Brown's government? Surely, if, as Mr Afzal alleges, it played a part in keeping the grooming gangs operating with impunity for a few years more then it's a massive scandal, isn't it?'

Seems like a scandal to me but the Labour Party's propaganda arm, the BBC, isn't going to in any way ask awkward questions to the Labour Party or indeed of any parts of the Muslim community.

Florida mid-terms: Democrat Andrew Gillum concedes to Ron DeSantis per BBC News

The BBC end this report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-46250683 with:

'The recount has been controversial. Mr Trump and Republicans have claimed voter fraud without offering any evidence.

Mr Trump had also said there was "a lot of dishonesty" over contested votes. Again, he offered no evidence.'

Have the BBC really seen or heard of no evidence of voter fraud? Maybe take a look...

Is the BBC biased?: Emily Maitlis's question about democracy

Craig at Isthebbcbiased.blogspot.co.uk has a great spot http://isthebbcbiased.blogspot.com/2018/11/emily-maitliss-question-about-democracy.html from the BBC's Emily Maitlis:

'I'm going to say something really unpopular, which is that we keep on talking about, you know, the problem with democracy and the problem with the deficit, but at what point you to say, actually, democracy is not as important as the future economy and stability and prosperity of the country right now?'

Words fail me but I'm not really that shocked by the words of a BBCoid.

Rotherham child sexual abuse: Six men jailed per BBC News

The BBC reluctantly report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-46222421 that

'Six men have been jailed for sexually exploiting young girls in Rotherham who were gang-raped and abused by them.

The men subjected the five girls to "degrading and violent" acts using drink, drugs and the "excitement of friendship" to lure them in.

One girl told a trial how she had sex with "at least 100 Asian men" by the time she was 16, while another described being passed around the gang.

They were sentenced to between 10 and 23 years at Sheffield Crown Court.

The men, who are all of British Pakistani heritage, targeted and groomed the girls over seven years.

The court heard they "destroyed" them and that their childhood had been taken from them.'

No mention of what motivated these men, that would be verboten.

Hidden in this BBC report

This BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-46219038 includes this:

'What do the currency strategists make of it?

Jane Foley, head of currency strategy at Rabobank, said the pound's plunge was "firmly tied" to the perception that Mrs May will have difficulty in pushing the Brexit plan through Parliament.

...

"A lack of Parliamentary approval for the deal or a hard Brexit would both weigh heavily on the pound. Any turn of events that could raise the risk of a general election would also punish the pound, given the risk of a market-unfriendly far-left government."'

'Any turn of events that could raise the risk of a general election would also punish the pound, given the risk of a market-unfriendly far-left government."' That's something that the BBC won't push pre a General Election.

Nick Clegg told us that the EU Army is a Dangerous Fantasy

During the EU referendum Nick Clegg told us that the EU Army is a Dangerous Fantasy.

https://youtu.be/4Ruu-4f6ugA

If the remain side had won the referendum then would the Brexit side now be allowed to call for a second referendum because the remain team had lied during the campaign? Of course not...

So was Nick Clegg lying in that debate, maybe to protect his EU pension, simply misinformed or careless as to what he said? Has the BBC asked Nick Clegg why he was so certain about there being no prospect of an EU Army? Of course not...

Doctor Who recap: series 37, episode six – Demons of the Punjab per The Guardian

The BBC's review of the latest SJW BBC Doctor Who https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2018/nov/11/doctor-who-recap-series-37-episode-six-demons-of-the-punjab is as I expected but it was the errata at the end of the review that caught my eye:

'This page was amended on 11 November 2018. An earlier version erroneously identified the religions of two characters.'

Since the only religions attributed to characters in this episode were Hinduism and Islam then did The Guardian really confuse the two? It's hard to make that mistake, pay attention The Guardian: on the BBC it's generally Hindu bad and Muslim good.

Heavy Gaza-Israel fire traded overnight per BBC News (Part 1)

The BBC have finally managed to report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-46190571 on what's happening in Gaza and Israel, having waited until the Israelis react to months of attacks.

One part of the BBC report struck me as a fine example of bias by omission. It appears at the end of the BBC report and runs thus:

'Why are Israel and Hamas enemies?

Hamas won Palestinian elections in 2006 and reinforced its power in the Gaza Strip after ousting West Bank-based Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's rival Fatah faction in clashes the following year.

While Mr Abbas's umbrella Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) has signed peace accords with Israel, Hamas does not recognise Israel's right to exist and advocates the use of violence against it.

Israel, along with Egypt, has maintained a blockade of Gaza since about 2006 in order, they say, to stop attacks by militants.

Israel and Hamas have gone to war three times, and rocket-fire from Gaza and Israeli air strikes against militant targets are a regular occurrence.

Sunday night's incident comes after apparent progress in an Egyptian- and UN-brokered process to mediate after a series of escalations between the two sides in recent months.'

Did you spot that?

'Hamas does not recognise Israel's right to exist and advocates the use of violence against it.'

Nothing to do with Jew-hatred?

'In 2008, Imam Yousif al-Zahar of Hamas said in his sermon at the Katib Wilayat mosque in Gaza that "Jews are a people who cannot be trusted. They have been traitors to all agreements. Go back to history. Their fate is their vanishing."[175][330]

Another Hamas legislator and imam, Sheik Yunus al-Astal, discussed a Koranic verse suggesting that "suffering by fire is the Jews' destiny in this world and the next." He concluded "Therefore we are sure that the Holocaust is still to come upon the Jews."[175][330]

Following the rededication of the Hurva Synagogue in Jerusalem in March 2010, senior Hamas figure al-Zahar called on Palestinians everywhere to observe five minutes of silence "for Israel's disappearance and to identify with Jerusalem and the al-Aqsa mosque". He further stated that "Wherever you have been you've been sent to your destruction. You've killed and murdered your prophets and you have always dealt in loan-sharking and destruction. You've made a deal with the devil and with destruction itself – just like your synagogue."[331][332]

On August 10, 2012, Ahmad Bahr, Deputy Speaker of the Hamas Parliament, stated in a sermon that aired on Al-Aqsa TV:

If the enemy sets foot on a single square inch of Islamic land, Jihad becomes an individual duty, incumbent on every Muslim, male or female. A woman may set out [on Jihad] without her husband's permission, and a servant without his master's permission. Why? In order to annihilate those Jews. ... O Allah, destroy the Jews and their supporters. O Allah, destroy the Americans and their supporters. O Allah, count them one by one, and kill them all, without leaving a single one.[333][334][335][336]

In an interview with Al-Aqsa TV on September 12, 2012, Marwan Abu Ras, a Hamas MP, who is also a member of the International Union of Muslim Scholars, stated (as translated by MEMRI):

The Jews are behind each and every catastrophe on the face of the Earth. This is not open to debate. This is not a temporal thing, but goes back to days of yore. They concocted so many conspiracies and betrayed rulers and nations so many times that the people harbor hatred towards them. ... Throughout history – from Nebuchadnezzar until modern times. ... They slayed the prophets, and so on. ... Any catastrophe on the face of this Earth – the Jews must be behind it.[337]

On December 26, 2012, Senior Hamas official and Jerusalem bureau chief Ahmed Abu Haliba, called on "all Palestinian factions to resume suicide attacks ... deep inside the Zionist enemy" and said that "we must renew the resistance to occupation in any possible way, above all through armed resistance." Abu Haliba suggested the use of suicide bombings as a response to Israel's plans to build housing units in East Jerusalem and the West Bank.[338]

In an interview on Lebanese television on July 28, 2014, Hamas spokesman Osama Hamdan repeated the blood libel myth:

We all remember how the Jews used to slaughter Christians, in order to mix their blood in their holy matzos... It happened everywhere.[339]'

It's odd how the antisemitic, by at least one of the IHRA examples, BBC ignore antisemitism as a factor in Hamas's opposition to the existence of Israel.

Activist attended Labour conference while under investigation over hate post per The Jewish Chronicle

Another day, another Labour anti-Semitism story.

'A Labour activist who was being investigated by the party for alleged antisemitism was allowed to attend their conference in September.

Kayla Bibby, 33, who represented the Liverpool Riverside constituency at the event, posted an image on Facebook in March showing the Statue of Liberty being smothered by an alien with the Star of David on its back. She wrote below the image: "The most accurate photo I've seen all year!"

The image had been taken from a far-right website, Incogman, where it had been used to illustrate an article that portrayed Jews as "parasitic" and said they were to blame for "financial heists of entire nations".

Ms Bibby had been under investigation by the party for more than three months over the post when she attended the conference.'

UK economy grows at fastest rate since late 2016 per BBC News

The BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-46151172 on the positive news about the UK's economy with as many provisos as possible (my emboldening):

'The UK economy grew by 0.6% in the three months to September, with warm weather boosting consumer spending, the Office for National Statistics said.

The figure for the third quarter is in line with predictions from the Bank of England and other forecasters.

However, buoyant growth in July was offset by a slowdown in August and September.

It is the highest quarterly growth figure since the fourth quarter of 2016, when the economy grew 0.7%.

Analysts warned the economy had "little underlying momentum" and growth would decline in the final three months.

The ONS also issued a separate monthly figure for September, which, like the previous month, showed zero growth.'

Oddly the BBC don't find any space in their report comparing the UK's economic growth with that of the rest of the EU.

If you do the comparison then you'll discover that whilst the UK's GDP growth figures for Q3 show a near two year high of 0.6%, the stagnating Eurozone in Q3 posted growth of only 0.2%. Which means that Brexit Britain grew three times as fast as the rest of the EU.

I think it's pretty clear why the remoaners at the BBC wouldn't want to compare Brexit Britain with the EU. It also shows that the remoaners refrain that Britain has slumped to the bottom of the growth league is starting to look rather silly…

Labour snubs MP Luciana Berger over assault threat per The Jewish Chronicle

'The Labour leadership has failed to make any contact with Jewish Labour MP Luciana Berger — despite the announcement last week of a criminal investigation into violent antisemitic threats made against her.

The JC understands that neither Jeremy Corbyn nor any member of his senior team has offered support of any kind to Ms Berger after Cressida Dick, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, confirmed last Friday the start of a criminal probe into the threats that appeared in a dossier of abuse from Labour members.

In a series of potentially catastrophic events for Labour, it has emerged that party officials were fully aware of the threats made to Ms Berger — including the suggestion she was a "Zionist Extremist… about (to) get a good kicking" — for at least six months.

Despite the fact that Ms Berger has been a frequent target of extremists since she was elected Liverpool Wavertree MP in 2010, and that Labour MP Jo Cox was murdered by an extremist in 2016, Labour officials failed to alert Ms Berger or the police about the existence of threats now deemed serious enough for an investigation by Scotland Yard.

Sources close to Ms Berger say the conduct of the Labour leadership over this matter has left her dismayed, with a Labour spokesperson saying, "if someone feels they have been a victim of crime they should report it to the police in the usual way".

But a Labour MP told the JC that this was impossible: Ms Berger could not have reported the threat to the police because the Labour Party had refused to make her aware of it.'

Dutch man, 69, brings lawsuit to lower his age 20 years per BBC News

'A Dutch pensioner has started a legal battle to legally change his age and boost his dating prospects.

Emile Ratelband, 69, wants to shift his birthday from 11 March 1949 to 11 March 1969, comparing the change to identifying as being transgender.

"You can change your name. You can change your gender. Why not your age?" he told Dutch paper De Telegraaf.'

The story is reported straight down the line by the BBC or here https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-46133262 after all if people are free to change sex, at will, then why not change age? Do you see what happens when Pandora's box is opened?

'Shock' as Macron announces French Nazi collaborator Marshal Pétain to be honoured for wartime service per The Jewish Chronicle

British antisemitism - The Test

'... Here's the test – if you cannot see the flagrant racism in the BDS movement, and if you are obsessed with the perfidy of the Middle East's only democracy to the exclusion of all else, you are an antisemite.

That means a good proportion of the Labour Party, including the leader, and almost all of Momentum: no brown shirts, no marching bands, but the same old filth, dressed in the clothes of a polytechnic geography lecturer.'

Grenfell fire: When does causing offence become a crime? - BBC News

The BBC were obsessing https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-46112026 over the last few days over offence caused by burning an effigy (if you can have an effigy of a building rather than a person) of the Grenfell Tower.

Tasteless, yes but a hate crime? That would be my stance.

This year there were several incidents reported of effigies of Boris Johnson and President Donald Trump being burnt but I don't recall any complaint from the BBC. Likewise when effigies of Mrs Thatcher were burned following her death, the BBC and the British police weren't in the slightest bothered. A biased BBC and police?

Royal Mint rejected Roald Dahl coin over antisemitic views | Books per The Guardian

'Dahl told the New Statesman: "There is a trait in the Jewish character that does provoke animosity, maybe it's a kind of lack of generosity towards non-Jews. I mean, there's always a reason why anti-anything crops up anywhere; even a stinker like Hitler didn't just pick on them for no reason."

In an interview with the Independent in 1990, months before his death, he described himself as antisemitic and railed against the "Jewish-owned" media.

He told the publication: "It began in 1982 when the Israelis invaded Lebanon. They killed 22,000 civilians when they bombed Beirut. It was very much hushed up in the newspapers because they are primarily Jewish-owned …

"I'm certainly anti-Israeli and I've become antisemitic in as much as that you get a Jewish person in another country like England strongly supporting Zionism. I think they should see both sides. It's the same old thing: we all know about Jews and the rest of it. There aren't any non-Jewish publishers anywhere, they control the media – jolly clever thing to do – that's why the president of the United States has to sell all this stuff to Israel … "'

Labour group throws out Pittsburgh motion calling for 'eradication' of antisemitism per The Jewish Chronicle

'A Labour Party group has rejected a motion condemning the Pittsburgh synagogue attack.

Steve Cooke, secretary of Norton West branch in the Stockton North constituency, proposed the motion, expressing solidarity with the Jewish community and pledging that antisemitism should be "confronted and eradicated", with Labour leading the way.

Only one other member backed the motion and Mr Cooke said the leader of Stockton-on-Tees Council, Robert Cook, was among those who opposed it.

...

According to Mr Cooke, opponents of the motion had argued that there was too much focus on "antisemitism this, antisemitism that" suggesting that the text should not refer to antisemitism specifically, but racism in general. "I pointed out that the motion clearly expressed concern about racist hate crime more generally."

He claimed he had been accused "of trying to bring the party into disrepute by associating us with antisemitism" for proposing a motion that "would have strongly dissociated us from any form of hatred towards Jewish people and which would have shown how clear we were about confronting the evil of antisemitism".

Mr Cooke also claimed Stockton North Labour Party had previously voted down his attempts to set up antisemitism awareness training for local members. '

Watchdog UK Statistics Authority summons Corbyn and McConnell to meeting over misuse of statistics per City A.M.

'The staff of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and shadow chancellor John McDonnell have been summoned to a meeting by the UK's statistics watchdog over the misuse of stats.

Statistics Authority chairman David Norgrove has previously written to the Labour Party over a "lack of published information on sources, assumptions and methods to support statements".

In February he wrote to the party over claims that Universal Credit would lead 40,000 children into poverty and, in August, Norgrove challenged a calculation that Labour's free bus travel policy could save young people up to £1000 a year.

The latest warning was connected to statements regarding Labour's Inclusive Funds Policy, which were found to be correct. However, the watchdog took issue with the lack of information surrounding the statistics.'

Nuclear scientists take leap towards fusion power as they test revolutionary new energy generator

A fascinating article about nuclear fusion in The Mail https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6348885/Nuclear-scientists-leap-fusion-power-test-revolutionary-new-energy-generator.html but two things.

First what grouhdsy would the eco-warriors use to oppose nuclear fusion? Almost limitless, cheap power, is a dream for industrial societies but a large number of eco warriors don't really want clean energy they want the end of capitalism - watermelons in other words.

Secondly what did The Mail mean by this nonsense sentence:

October Surprise: U.S. Added More Than 1,000 Manufacturing Jobs a Day, Best Since 1998 per Breitbart

Breitbart https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2018/11/02/october-surprise-u-s-added-more-than-1000-manufacturing-jobs-a-day-best-since-1998/ report:

'Rumors of a slowdown in American manufacturing were greatly exaggerated.
The United States added 32,000 new manufacturing jobs in October, more than 1,000 every day, including holidays and weekends.  Twenty-one thousand of the new manufacturing goods were in durable goods manufacturing, including more than 10 thousand in transportation manufacturing. More than 6,000 new jobs were added in autos and auto parts. Nearly 5,000 jobs were added by makers of machinery.

October is not typically a strong month for manufacturing jobs. In fact, the U.S. has not created this many manufacturing jobs in October since 1998, according to Department of Labor data. Manufacturing was expected to grow by just 13,000 jobs.

October was a surprisingly strong month for jobs overall, with the economy adding 250,000 jobs. That far exceeded expectations of 190,000.'

Somehow I don't think that the BBC will report this news, after all there are mid-term elections to win for the Democratic Party.

38% Believe Corbyn is an Anti-Semite

Guido Fawkes reports https://order-order.com/2018/11/02/criminal-investigation-into-labour-anti-semitism-as-38-believe-corbyn-is-an-anti-semite/

'... a new Populus/BICOM poll found that 38% of Brits believe that Corbyn himself is anti-Semitic. Only 1 in 4 people agreed that he was a "committed campaigner against racism of all kinds, including antisemitism", while as few as 19% believed that he had "worked hard to deliver peace between Israel and the Palestinians". Almost double that number instead thought that he "only seems interested in talking to those organisations which have been deemed terrorists by the British Government, the EU and the US State Department". '

Only 38% of people think Jeremy Corbyn is antisemitic? What would persuade the other 62%, what evidence would they need?

Police probe into anti-Semitism in Labour - BBC News - One question arising

The BBC report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46070229

'Police have launched a criminal inquiry into allegations of anti-Semitic hate crimes within the Labour Party.

Met Police chief Cressida Dick told the BBC her officers were assessing online material because it appears "there may have been a crime committed".

It comes after LBC Radio obtained an internal Labour dossier detailing 45 cases, involving messages posted by party members on social media.

Ms Dick says the Met had a duty to assess the material and not dismiss it.

She told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that her officers were seeking advice from the Crown Prosecution Service.

But she insisted the Met was "not investigating" the Labour Party itself.

LBC handed the dossier to Ms Dick in an interview in September.

It had previously passed the leaked material to ex-police officer Mak Chishty in September, who said that 17 instances should have been reported to the police for investigation, and another four were potential race hate crimes.'

The question that I believe arises comes from this line:

'But she insisted the Met was "not investigating" the Labour Party itself.'

Why not?

BBC News

The BBC continually inform us that Brexit can't work so it's not a surprise that the BBC News Home page https://www.bbc.co.uk/news doesn't have an article about The Times's report that Theresa May has agreed a tentative post-Brexit deal with Brussels on financial services. Neither do the BBC report on their home news page that Sterling is up around 1.39% against the US Dollar today, as well as up over 0.5% against the Euro.

Why might the BBC want to keep any good economic news, or good Brexit news from the British people?

This evil, anti-Semitic attack is an assault on all of us. It is an assault on humanity.

"This evil, anti-Semitic attack is an assault on all of us. It is an assault on humanity. It must be confronted and condemned everywhere it rears its ugly head. We must stand with our Jewish brothers and sisters to defeat anti-Semitism and vanquish the forces of hate. Those seeking their destruction, we will seek their destruction."

Said by Jeremy Corbyn? Don't be ridiculous, he calls organisations dedicated to killing Jews his 'friends', stands at the graves of Islamist terrorists, appears on Iran's Press TV, and so on.

It was said by President Donald Trump which is why the BBC won't report his words and one of the reasons why the BBC exacerbates antisemitism.

Forget deserving issues and focus on basics, police told per BBC News

'Ms Thornton, the former head of the Thames Valley force who now chairs the National Police Chiefs' Council... highlighted the Law Commission's review into whether hate crime laws should be extended to cover offences motivated by hostility towards a victim's sex or age.

Ms Thornton said while "treating misogyny as a hate crime is a concern for some well-organised campaigning organisations" forces "do not have the resources to do everything".

She said: "I want us to solve more burglaries and bear down on violence before we make more records of incidents that are not crimes", adding she hoped the review "takes account of the pressure on forces before suggesting the law is changed".

Ms Thornton said historical investigations was "another example of issues that matter very much to some but they undoubtedly take resources away".

She told delegates: "While I understand those who have been harmed seek answers, I remain unconvinced that it is appropriate to commit significant resources investigating allegations against those who have died."'

Very sensible words, so ready yourself for the SJWs attacking Ms Thornton's words.

Far-left Labour members remove commitment to “recognise” and “oppose antisemitism” from Pittsburgh motion

The Red Roar report https://www.theredroar.com/2018/10/far-left-labour-members-remove-commitment-to-recognise-and-oppose-antisemitism-from-pittsburgh-motion/

'Far-left Labour members remove commitment to "recognise" and "oppose antisemitism" from Pittsburgh motion
Southend West CLP amended motion expressing solidarity with victims of Pittsburgh attack to remove commitment to "recognise" and "oppose antisemitism".

Far-left members of Southend West CLP amended a motion of condolence for victims of the Pittsburgh massacre to remove sentences which recognised antisemitism's existence and committed to opposing antisemitism.

The motion was proposed by moderate party members following the massacre of eleven people at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, USA. According to the FBI, the gunman said during the shooting "they're committing genocide to my people", and "I want to kill all the Jews."

The original motion noted the events and the antisemitic views of the shooter, offered condolences to the victims and solidarity to Jews around the world. It went on to recognise that "antisemitism exists in society and … all forms of antisemitism must be eradicated", and called Labour "to lead the way in opposing antisemitism and fighting racism in all levels of society."

These last two statements were contested by far-left party members, and a compromise motion was instead passed which removed both lines. They were replaced instead by a commitment from the CLP "to reach out to the local synagogue with our condolences."'

That parts of the Jeremy Corbyn lead Labour Party have to compromise on antisemitism doesn't surprise me but it should.

Nothing on the BBC about this, obviously.

Police Currently Dealing with 20% of Rotherham Grooming Victims

'Less than 20 percent of the identified 1,523 known victims of historic grooming and rape in Rotherham have been engaged by police.

After a jury at Sheffield Crown Court found seven men, six Pakistani-heritage, one of Yemeni-heritage, guilting of the historic sexual abuse of five vulnerable underaged girls in the Yorkshire town, the National Crime Agency, likened to the U.S.'s FBI, also announced that Operation Stovewood has resulted in just 14 successful prosecutions.

"There are currently 22 separate investigations under the Stovewood umbrella, with 147 suspects identified and more than 290 complainants engaging with officers. 24 suspects have been charged and 12 have been arrested (or attended a police station voluntarily) and bailed or released under investigation," the NCA said.

There are also 275 other people also under investigation, with the majority of the some-400 individuals being investigated still living in Rotherham, reports The Metro.

Of the survivors of exploitation in the town, 296 — all female — are actively engaged with police officers, representing just 19 percent of the total identified, and not including any who are yet to come forward. The original figure identified by the Jay Report — 1,400 — was revised upward by more than one hundred last year, alone.'

Jeremy Corbyn "flossing"

Jeremy Corbyn showing even less sense of rhythm than Theresa May did the other week. I wonder if Have I Got News For You will show the video and ridicule Jeremy Corbyn as they did Theresa May? Somehow I think not.

The BBC protecting Jeremy Corbyn as usual

This BBC report hidden away on the BBC's Technology pages starts thus:
'Facebook has uncovered and removed dozens of pages, accounts and groups linked to Iran that the firm says coordinated "inauthentic behaviour", targeting people in the US and UK.

The affected posts focused on divisive topics such as race relations, opposition to President Donald Trump and immigration, it said.'
Not a mention of Jeremy Corbyn, yet elsewhere on the web we can read that:
'Facebook has deleted a number of Iranian accounts posing as Britons that spread pro Jeremy Corbyn posts.

The accounts formed part of a wider “cluster” of accounts posing as grassroots US or UK activists to post about politically divisive topics like racism, opposition to the government and immigration, the company said on Friday.
...
It is the second batch of Iranian linked accounts to be purged from the platform this year. In August, Facebook removed hundreds of pages falsely posing as news organisations. Facebook users in the US, UK, Latin America and the Middle East were targeted by Iran state operation which used a network of fake news sites and fake accounts to promote political narratives with Iranian interests.

The accounts shared anti-Saudi, anti-Israeli and pro-Palestinian themes as well as support for Pro Iran US policies like the US/Iran nuclear deal.'
So why are the BBC deliberately not mentioning the pro-Jeremy Corbyn and anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian themes? I think we know the reasons and the BBC disgust me.

Budget 2018: A General Election is on the way?

So far this Budget strikes me as a pre General Election one...

Labour drops its complaint over Daily Mail exposé on Corbyn wreath at terrorist graves per Daily Mail Online

'Labour has dropped its complaint against the Daily Mail over its coverage of Jeremy Corbyn's visit to the cemetery where terror leaders linked to the Munich massacre are buried.

The party complained to the Press regulator in August about several papers' coverage of the 2014 event.

Last night it emerged it had told the Independent Press Standards Organisation that it did not wish to take the case against the Mail any further.'

More here https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6318581/Labour-drops-complaint-Daily-Mail-expos-Corbyn-wreath.html but obviously not on the Labour Party's propaganda arm and antisemitic by at least one of the IHRA examples, BBC.

Pittsburgh shooting: What we know so far per BBC News

The BBC's Pittsburgh shooter report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-46003665 now finally includes the news, that was reported elsewhere yesterday, that the shooter was a declared opponent of President Donald Trump. I'm sure that that inconvenient fact being reported only coincidentally appears after the killing of Jews in America news moves off of the BBC's news front page.

Also I note that the BBC only manage to show a photograph of one of the dead Jews. Meanwhile the BBC's headline news report about the Leicester FC helicopter crash shows pictures of all of the victims.

Compare and contrast as examiners used to ask.

Poll: Half of Canadian BDS Supporters Would Continue Boycotting Israel Even If It Agreed to All Their Demands

'Of the 19 percent who expressed support for BDS, 45 percent said Israel should be subject to additional boycotts, even if it abides by all BDS demands — namely, withdrawing from "occupied territories," which were not defined by the poll, but are understood to include eastern Jerusalem, the West Bank, the Golan Heights, and — indirectly — the Gaza Strip.'

Why would that be the case?

More here https://www.algemeiner.com/2018/10/26/poll-half-of-canadian-bds-supporters-would-continue-boycotting-israel-even-if-it-agreed-to-all-their-demands/ I wonder whether Jeremy Corbyn would agree with those Canadians. Are many of those people really "from the river to the sea" supporters, would Jeremy Corbyn agree?

Pittsburgh shooting: Victims of synagogue attack named - What do the BBC News know about the gunman?

'What do we know about the gunman?

US media said he had shouted "All Jews must die" as he carried out the attack.

Social media posts by someone with the name Robert Bowers were also reported to be full of anti-Semitic comments.'

Suspected attacker Robert Bowers
FBI special agent Bob Jones told a press conference that Mr Bowers did not appear to be known to authorities prior to the attack.'

That's all that the BBC purport to know about the Pittsburgh attacker

There's more known but that shows that he wasn't a President Trump supporter, so the BBC won't report that he identified as not a Trump supporter. The BBC's bias by omission disgusts me as it so often does.

Why has the cover page, which has always opened Asterix's comics, been removed from the new issue?

'Asterix. Why has the cover page, which has always opened Asterix's comics, been removed from the new issue? The publisher considers that the question "does not interest" ...

Forty years after Goscinny's death and six years after Uderzo gave up drawing, screenwriter Jean-Yves Ferri and cartoonist Didier Conrad released the 37th volume of Asterix's adventures entitled Asterix and Transitalics .

...

A detail intriguing however in this new album: the disappearance of the famous opening page presenting a map of Gaul with the magnifying glass placed on the Gallic village surrounded by the Roman camps of Aquarium, Babaorum, Laudanum and Petibonum.

Exit also the few lines locating the action: "We are in 50 before Christ. All Gaul is occupied by the Romans ... All? No. A village populated by irreducible Gauls resists again and again and the invader ... " The publisher he felt that this small text emblematic of the saga was today too violent to be delivered to millions of readers?'

Little by little our shared history and points of reference are being erased.

Is the BBC biased?: Omission

The ever wonderful isthebbcbiased.blogspot.com has a post along similar lines to my previous post about the BBC's omission of inconvenient information about the views of the synagogue shooter.

'Of the Synagogue shooting suspect Robert Bowers, Sky News reports that:
In another post, President Donald Trump was criticised for allowing Jewish people to enter the US.

The Times says:
Bowers was not an admirer of President Donald Trump and wrote in one post: "I did not vote for him nor have I owned, worn or even touched a Maga [Make American Great Again] hat."
And even the Guardian details several of his posts criticising President Donald Trump. '

More here http://isthebbcbiased.blogspot.com/2018/10/omission.html but obviously not on the antisemitic, by at least one of the IHRA examples, BBC whose Trump Derangement Syndrome worsens by the day.

Scary times in which we live, time for Brexit?

The gun attack on a Pittsburgh Synagogue

The BBC are relieved that the gunman was "white", the BBC were very quick to report that information. The BBC are trying to tie the attacker to President Donald Trump, along with pushing the gun control narrative. Meanwhile sites such as Zero Hedge seem to have more background information on, Robert Bowers, the alleged shooter. This article
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-10-27/active-shooter-reported-pittsburgh-synagogue has some interesting screen captures, allegedly, from the gunman's social media presence. If true, then he didn't vote for Trump, never touched let alone ever wore a MAGA hat and said that "There is no #MAGA as long as there is a kike infestation".

The BBC won't report such inconvenient facts, there's the US midterms to be won for the 'Democrats'.

The 80th Anniversary of the Kristallnacht

Tomorrow is the 80th anniversary of Kristallnacht, what are the chances of the BBC commemorating this event? How about the Labour Party? Or are elements of that party readying themselves for implementing a future clampdown on Jews?

Ironically in October 1938 Germany the streets were full of people shouting: "Juden Raus! Auf Nach Palästina!" ("Jews out, out to Palestine!"). Somewhat different from today, where will the antisemites want Jews to go the next time?

80 years may have passed but the evil continues.
