Last year I blogged here, here and here about Barack Obama's planned private army - the "civilian national security" organisation.

Today I read on Summer Patriot, Winter Soldier that Barack Obama will put some meat on these proposals on September 11. Take a read and ask yourself if the talk of a private army is too far-fetched.
