George Galloway and the people he calls "the face of the Iranian opposition"

If George Galloway describes the two gentlemen who try and speak truth to power as "the face of the Iranian opposition" does that make him "the face (or voice) of the Iranian government"? George Galloway's work for the Iranian Press TV would seem to support that claim.
