My next-door-neighbour-at-work has been complaining about the rudeness of the NHS's night-staff (though she didn't mind the day-staff). She was also stressed out because they gave her 87-year old mother three times the prescribed dose of her epilepsy medication and then tried to give her some pills that belonged to the lady who'd left her bed the day before! She was not impressed. That she still seems to think well (overall) of the NHS is testament to a lifetime of propaganda. Orwellian double-think is alive and well.
