Usually at night the air closer to the ground becomes colder when the sun goes down and the earth cools.
But on huge wind farms the motion of the turbines mixes the air higher in the atmosphere that is warmer, pushing up the overall temperature.
Satellite data over a large area in Texas, that is now covered by four of the world's largest wind farms, found that over a decade the local temperature went up by almost a centigrade as more turbines are built.
This could have long term effects on wildlife living in the immediate areas of larger wind farms.
It could also affect regional weather patterns as warmer areas affect the formation of cloud and even wind speeds.'

This whole report is a complete nonsense. If wind turbines stir up the atmosphere they don't have any impact on the total amount of heat retained by the atmosphere, just as stirring up a fruit cake mixture doesn't change the number of currants that end up in the cake.
Very localized and minor temperature increases under wind turbines is hardly climate change. The researcher started this by overstating his results substantially and indulging in unfounded speculation. Fox News and others predictably leapt upon it. To create even minor impacts, literally all energy generation on earth would have to be converted to wind energy. And of course, the net result of that would be positive as all of the fossil fuel generation which has very proven and real impacts on the climate would be gone.
