I am not a sheep, I have my own mind
I have had enough of being told what and how to think
Whilst we are still allowed the remnants of free speech, I will speak out.
I also reserve the right to discuss less controversial matters should I feel the urge.
The film starts as a mission to find and recover the missing hard drive with the secret agents' details on it, is it ever recovered? If not, who has it now?
Marking the first time in UK history all the Bond films will be available to enjoy in one place, in HD, on demand and without ad breaks, Sky Movies 007 HD launches on 5 October 2012. Uniting all six Bonds in one exhilarating car chase sequence using footage from Dr No, On Her Majesty's Secret Service, The Spy Who Loved Me, The Living Daylights, Goldeneye, The World Is Not Enough and Quantum of Solace, Sky Movies' seamless sequence features all of the Bonds as portrayed over the course of the franchise by Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig.
I have blogged before about some of the British police's habit of treating photographers as suspected terrorists and I see on Mrs Rigby's blog that there has been another instance, or rather a series of instances. It would seem that Jules Mattson has been stopped three times under anti-terrorist legislation. Have a read of Mrs Gigby's piece and take a trip to Jules Mattson's blog to show solidarity and for some good photographs as well as the above image...
I feel I must correct Mrs Gigby in one regard, she says: 'There's a saying, isn't there, it's something like "Once is an Accident, twice is a Coincidence, and three times ..."'. Actually the quote as visitors to this blog will have seen before is from Ian Fleming's Goldfinger and is "Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence but the third time is enemy action"
I note that this blog is the number two returned site if you google - Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, and the third time is enemy action meaning - I am so happy...
See here and here. And in case you didn't know, the quotation is my favourite Ian Fleming line; it's from Goldfinger, in fact it's said by Auric Goldfinger himself
"Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action."
I was pleased to see that Google India has this site as the 2nd returned if you google "once is happenstance". That's my favourite Ian Fleming line; it's from Goldfinger, in fact it's said by Auric Goldfinger himself
"Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action."
Apparently Sean Connery and Timothy Dalton were both a relatively lofty 6ft 2ins, whilst Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan were 6ft 1.5ins. Daniel Craig is a more height restricted 5ft 10ins. The tallest James Bond however was also the shortest serving, George Lazenby was 6ft 2.5ins tall.
