The photos of Miley Cyrus that accompany the article have Miley Cyrus's nipples obscured or airbrushed out... Hmmmm The Daily Mail obviously don't do irony.

Saturday morning catchup

An apology: I have been very busy at work over the last few weeks and so posting has been reduced from normal levels. As a by-product of this work my Firefox has way too many open tabs and thus keeps crashing. In an effore to clear some tabs, here is a catchup...

4) The Mail reports that 'NHS writes off more than £40m in unpaid bills owed by foreign nationals'


5) Richard Littlejohn points out an inconvenient truth about those arrested at Dale Farm - 'None of those arrested lived on the site. They were full-time agitators who went to Basildon to confront the police. It was a battle of their choosing and they can have no complaints. They fought the law and the law won.

More protruding nipples

Following this recent piece I cannot seem to escape "protruding nipples", today I spotted these on Theo Spark's site, that's Heather Graham and Megan Fox:

The Mail is perturbed by

"a growing band of women following a bizarre fashion trend to show off protruding nipples."

That link has pictures of Victoria Beckham who may or may not have started to follow this trend. The Mail reports that

"Some have gone so far as to have surgical augmentation, while others are said to wear 'stick-ons'.

Mrs Beckham's spokesman was last night adamant that neither was the case, and that a chilly wind was a more likely explanation. (The Met Office reported that yesterday's temperature was quite mild.)

Others suggested that she had opted for what fashionistas call 'nipplets', which are prosthetic breast covers which enhance size.

Rubbish thought I, then I saw the photos of Heather Graham in The Mail and there they were, more prominent nipples.


I then did something that I am ashamed off, I googled - protruding nipples and the quantity of sites returned was beyond belief. The only one I felt able to visit and report on was this from 2005 that inform me that:
