I wonder why?

I wonder why "The British Association of Plastic Surgeons" (BAPS) "has changed its name to the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) with effect from July 11th 2006." Their choice of name for the holding page is still funny though - http://www.bapras.org.uk/bapsholding/referral.htm
