"a failure of Labour policy"

Not my words but those of another German Minister, this time Steffen Kampeter, of Chancellor Angela Merkel's CDU party. Herr Kampter is reported to have also denied that finance minister Peer Steinbruck's criticism of "crass" UK policies reflected internal German politics, as claimed by Gordon Brown. Herr Kampeter speaks on economic matters for the German coalition government and is also reported to have said (my emphasis)
"After years of lecturing us on how we need to share in the gains of uncontrolled financial markets, the Labour politicians can't now expect us to share in its losses.

...

"The tremendous amount of debt being offered by Britain shows a complete failure of Labour policy."

Oh dear, oh dear, Gordon Brown claim to be the saviour of the World and that the Conservatives are isolated in their view looks to be unravelling, rather like the UK economy. Will Gordon Brown and Ed Balls carry on making claims about internal German politics and keep on casting slurs on the Conservative party's policies or will they start telling the whole truth? What do you think?
