If you can't do the time... don't worry because you won't have to. The Sentencing Guidelines Council has said that even the most people breaking their ASBO should receive a custodial sentence only as a "last resort" and any sentence should be for no more than two years. However the worst juvenile offenders would never get more than half of that sentence, that's a maximum of 12 months. Adequate punishment? I think not.
