Little known facts about every Jewish service (in the UK) and every Muslim service in Arab "societies"

It is probably not known by many non-Jews that every orthodox Jewish service in the UK includes a prayer for the health of the Royal Family, as symbols of the country that British Jews live peacefully in. Today I discovered that
"It is very common for the Friday prayer in Arab societies to end with the Imam calling for the destruction of the "kuffar", the un-believers, to which the worshippers respond "Amen"."
Maybe someone could inform me as to whether that call for the "destruction of the kuffar" is included in any Muslim prayers in the UK.

Not only is there a prayer for the royal family part of the orthodox service but also within the reform movement.

In the orthodox service the prayer for the royal family is one of the very few parts conducted in English - to ensure that any stranger knows what is being said.
