Democracy is not that important, according to the BBC

An odd line at the end of this BBC article headlined 'Election night vote chaos report to be published'. Apparently
'It is possible the problems might have affected the result in a few very marginal constituencies, but election re-runs are now considered very unlikely.'
Maybe the BBC could let us voters know which marginal eats may have been affected and whether Ed Balls' seat was one of them. Also if the result was wrong then why should there not be a re-run?
